Our party of five ate lunch here. Bento was not available but their lunch sets were similar to the bento.
We had Yasai Itame Teishoku, Beek Yakiniku, Shake Maguro, Gyōza, Katsu Curry, Katsudon, Mango Kani Salad and Saba Shio. The only mediocre one is the gyōza. All the other food were served quickly and tasted very good.
We are global travelers and find their offers correctly priced and tasted good.
Will be back if I am in the area again.
Parking is ample and easy to get off due to covered walkway.

UNSATISFIED, the place is fancy with good ambience. But the food?? I ordered seafood ramen, and its like vegtable soup with 2pcs of small shrimp and a CRABSTICKS. Seriously? crab stick? Worth 448php crabstick??? And the taste of the soup is so bland. thats why I put some chilli oil on it and now it taste chilli oil. My girlfriend ordered shake maguro donburi. She said “its just like ippon yari” The sashimi on makati and Oden house at Cartimar is way more better than this. And one more thing, they put 10% service charge . Im very dissapointed, unsatisfied on the food (poor taste) plus service charge. I put some pictures and price of what we ate yesterday.

My friend & i were craving for Japanese dinner on a weeknight and searched for the most recommended Japanese restaurant at Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Found Umenoya reviews interesting. Overall i would say the review was overrated. The salmon sanàshimi we had was not very fresh: their popular agedashi tofu was average, the ebi tempura was lightly battered passed my selective taste, the yasai itame was disappointing but finally the GINDARA TERIYAKI tasted.good perfectly grilled!

This is a gem. Not many people who are visiting the area knows about this place, but i guess this is a staple to employees who work and people who live nearby. Very decent Japanese resto, even our Japanese visitors who are very picky on taste appreciates the quality of food in this shop. Very nice staff too and attentive. Space, tables and chairs are very comfy for dining. Will definitely be visiting from time to time
