This was my first time here, and I stopped for an overnight stay in El Reno during a cross-country trip. I looked for restaurants close by and found Ume. WOW!! What a nice surprise. Very comfortable atmosphere, great service and the food was amazing. I had a house salad, spicy edemame, and the dragon roll. Very tasty! If I’m here again during lunch or dinner, I’ll definitely stop. It’s worth the stop.

So I came here today because I wanted some asain food. Initially when we pulled up I wasn’t to impressed. To me, if an Asian restaurant doesn’t look like a 13th century Samurai temple, Im not usually interested. But if truth be told, the food here was wonderful, my waiter was great, and the other staff were wonderful too. If they could throw in a couple of bonsai trees and maybe a Samuria warrior into the decor, it would have been absolutely bliss. I encourage all the locals to visit this place.

We frequent this place often. It is a fantastic place to have sushi, hibachi, and just a great atmosphere. You would have to travel 30 minutes to get anywhere as nice and El Reno has a gem here. If you enjoy sushi and traveling or local, give this place a try. It does not disappoint! My husband brought me lunch home yesterday and my son invited me to lunch today! Why yes I will accept both offers!

Very nice, clean, and quite atmosphere. Bathroom clean, table, and sitting area. Staff very nice and helpful. Sushi was wonderful. Will be going back.

This is a little place in a strip mall in El Reno, OK. My husband and I were on an adventure challenge and we had to find a small town restaurant more than 20miles away. We found this place and took a gamble. It is very small, but the service and the food were good. If you’re big on ambiance, this place may not be for you-it’s very simple inside.
The food came out quickly. Everything we ordered was good. It had a constant flow of traffic-we showed it’s a local fave. If we are out that way again, I would stop by to eat there again.

Ordered pick-up of veggie lo mein and it was full of chicken. So much so that I couldn’t even eat around it.(I’m vegetarian). And the only vegetables in it were some asparagus and onion? What I did take a bite of was not good. I called for a refund, but they said because I ordered online, they could not issue a refund. They offered to remake it. I explained, I had been traveling all day and did not want to drive back as I was already at my hotel. So no refund. Extremely frustrating… My travel friend also ordered from here and there were various problems with her order.

While it may seem to be a little hole it the wall this is more of a hidden gem tucked away. The service was fantastic we ordered four sushi rolls, a black pearl, a mango delight the umi special and the four seasons, all of which had unique flavors and were extraordinarily fresh, highly recommend.If you get a chance to drop in on these folks.
