I love this place! So happy they are here. I’ve been in about four times or so and every time their drinks are consistent, they have friendly service, and I can’t wait to be back. I’m glad they started their loyalty stamp card program. Definitely a perk!

Nastiest drink ever, ordered a matcha latte and it was grainy and clearly not made well. Never coming back, went with two other friends and they shared the same thoughts. And don’t even get me started on their form drinks, the portions are very off and the foam to drink ratio is basically 80% foam and barely any drink.
Update: Not only do I feel even more disrespected by your response but I have evidence, though this order was not from today, my friends and I did go and I have photo evidence of the matcha drink and my friend’s drinks which we took photos there. Bringing legal action and threats over opinions is blasphemy and you should be ashamed. Learn from your mistakes and do better. If this was a one off I understand that drinks can come out bad and that was sadly our experience but I never said anything was undrinkable just distasteful. Seeing how your organization handles criticism is embarrassing. I will not be updating my review until I receive an apology.
Also I am confused you bring up a third party which I am not involved with. Whatever is between you and your employees is not my business, I had planned this review and the fact you are bringing up others into this is review is extremely unprofessional. The fact you bring false claims will not be taken lightly.
Update: This will be my last update. Thank you for the apology, I found it strange to bring up personal work issues into reviews. I have updated my review accordingly. As well for fixing your mistake and offering a refund, unfortunately coming from out of state may have factored in why the quality was extra disappointing. Due to distance, I will not be redeeming my refund soon. The order was during the winter break and I hope this review serves as a warning on how you treat future customers and check your drink quality in this new year. The best, Michu.

The coffee here is bold, rich, and truly captures the traditional flavors of Vietnamese coffee. I love how they offer a wide range of foams so I can always find the perfect flavor to match my mood. Despite how busy the shop gets, the staff are incredibly passionate and professional. I ordered a large number of drinks, and they got every single one right—no mistakes, no disappointment. Great service, great vibes. Highly recommend!

This coffee shop has quickly become one of my favorites. Their Egg-cellent Coffee is my absolute favorite. It is rich, smooth, and full of flavor. I have tried a few of their other drinks as well and they have all been excellent. The staff are always welcoming and super nice. These days I almost go there every day after work, and it’s always a pleasant experience. Went with my friend last weekend and it was such a nice place to sit and talk. A place I will happily keep coming back to~

I came here about a month ago and I absolutely love the flavor options they provide. There’s a ton of different options, even for fruit teas which I appreciate as someone who prefers black to milk tea for boba. The prices are definitely up there, but nothing outlandish and very average for a boba place. My drink was made exactly as I wanted, and the girl who helped me was very helpful and super friendly. I could tell the vibe they were going for with the shops set-up and I enjoyed the welcoming feel of the place. I’ll definitely be back here next time I’m wanting boba.

When you walk in the shop smells incredible! But the staff is less than friendly. We order three drink including milk teas and slush. The drinks lacked flavor and were warm because of the boba. I’ve never experienced an iced drinking being warm because of boba.

I was so excited to find out Vancouver/Camas area finally has a coffee shop that has Ube and pandan. We stopped in the other day to try their drinks. Not too busy, 2 girls were sitting at a table on their laptops and 2 people in line waiting to order ahead of us. Cute little coffee shop but the customer service definitely needs some work. We waited quite some time to order and waited a bit for our drinks, but I understand that they just recently opened. Our drinks were good and very tasty. We do plan on coming back to visit but maybe will wait for them to work out their kinks and get into the swing of things.
