Tried this place in late March last year after wandering around Woodfield Mall and was quite pleased with the bubble tea as well as the venue itself.
Like many boba houses we’ve been to, UTH has lotsa options whether bubble tea, milk/milk tea, fruit tea, green tea, smoothies, coffee, frappes, soda, waffles……..
They do boba well here and definitely yummy. My now 10-year-old son who I introduced bubble tea to just before the age of 3 loves bubble tea but really just taro. I like a few flavors myself as does my 5-year-old son.
I really adore the aesthetic of this venue. Majority of bubble tea joints I’ve been to usually are well decorated providing a chill atmosphere but the interior decorators definitely nailed it here.
A definite must if you’re into bubble tea, clean dining area, great tea at fair prices and friendly service here. I live pretty far northeast in Lake Co just a few miles south of the WI border but are in the area 4-5x a year so I’ll gladly stop in again.

Had great boba tea with my wife here. I got the ube coffee and my wife had a fruit tea. Both were great. Staff was super kind and welcoming and the decor was spot on for what I look for. It was like getting tea at a nice & quiet secret library/den under a Japanese blossom tree kinda vibe.

Just wow! This is the best boba shop I’ve been to so far while being on vacation. The staff were friendly and helpful, while the atmosphere was out of this world! The Star Honeydew milk tea was phenomenal!

The decorations of this place is very beautiful. The colors are vibrant and cheerful so it’s great for taking pictures. It’s the kind of place where you want to take your date to or just hang out with your friends. The drinks are pretty good but wish they had a hot option for the bubble tea. I tried the waffles and I wasn’t too crazy about it. I probably wouldn’t order it again. Overall, we will come back and try other bubble tea flavors.

I absolutely love wintermelon milk teas! And having it here, it was so yummy!! It was perfectly sweet with the tea flavor still there! And the tapioca was great texture. I wish I didn’t live so far away, this would be new go to! Staff was nice, and the shop itself had a beautiful aesthetic.

We come here every weekend and it is the best coffee place ever! Drinks are always incredible and the staff is patient and sweet. The cheese bubble waffle is mind blowing. Seriously, our favorite place ❤️
