This place is super cool. The plate color determines the price for that plate. Just grab any plate off the conveyor and keep it until the end to pay. They make the rolls right in front of you and they seem to place them in multiple spots around the table. Great place to try a bunch of different rolls. Every 8th plate is free I believe, so something to think about when coming here.

I’ll never get enough of this place! The staff are super friendly and always checking up on you, you get to watch your sushi be made right in front of you, and the entire experience is fun and relaxing. Prices aren’t half bad either! Especially for the food quality- never had fresher sushi in my life!

Overall, just not my vibe bc I felt like the prices nor the portions were reasonable. The revolving sushi plates were about $2-4 (helpful for sampling types of sushi) while the full rolls are between $9-15. Given how I paid close to $20 after just eating 6-7 pieces, def felt like I could’ve gone somewhere else for equally yummy but more affordable prices n portions. Would recommend this place more so for small casual friends hangout over a date night bc you’ll be sitting side by side n facing the sushi chef or stranger lol. Servers were nice and helpful though and the decor was chill.

Amazing spot!! I love revolving sushi bars, and this place takes the cake. They have great staple sushi plates, but they also play with some very creative savory flavors. And they have a great boba station as well. I really enjoyed talking with their staff – they really love their craft. Thanks for the evening, Umami! We’ll be back!!

It’s a great sushi experience because everybody gets to pick out exactly what they want. Each plate is color-coded and has a different price. You’re charged by the plate and there’s only two or three pieces in each so you can try a variety of different dishes

First time here. The staffs were friendly and helpful. They always make sure that you are well taken care of. Sushi are yummy and the sashimi plate that I had is the best in town. Will be back.

Interesting experience. The food passes in front of you on a track . You than select the items you want as they pass by. The price of each item is determined by the color of the dish it is on. Price seem reasonable. The food is prepared fresh in front of you. There were 2 of us so we shared dishes so we could try more items. Each dish has at least 2 items on it. When it didn’t we split it in 1/2. We got there at 5:00 when it opened. Within an hour it was full so come early. Your final billing is determined by counting up the difrent colored plates you used.

This place is AMAZING. Such a cool concept, great way to try a bunch of different sushi! I also noticed that if you don’t see anything you want then you can ask the chef or server to make something just for you. Absolutely love this place!
