Great experience the other night. We got a Bang Dang and Double Spicy Tuna roll that were both delicious. The Spicy Tuna we had them hold the Serrano and it still had a kick. Both rolls were delicious. I also had a single order of sashimi, Sake, and Hamachi which were delicious. The service was friendly and the bright restaurant was very nice to be in a dark hole. We enjoyed the overall experience and will be back.

Hands down one of the best sushi spots we’ve been to. Everything was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The fish melted in your mouth and you can truly taste the quality in every bite. The specialty rolls were creative without being overdone, and even the classics were executed perfectly.
The atmosphere was clean, inviting, and had such a great energy. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was our waitress, Bo B. She was attentive, kind, and made amazing recommendations. She checked on us at the perfect times and made the entire dinner feel effortless and enjoyable.

I ordered the Miso soup and Boba Fett roll.
Probably one of the best rolls I’ve ever had! It’s a Volcano Roll to the max!
The Bento Box was generous and fresh! Ordering the salmon medium rare is key to a great tender fish and their salad, gyoza and rice was the perfect accompaniment to this meal.
Service was wonderful!
I’m excited to have a date night next time and get more in depth with their stunning menu and offerings.

Known about this place for so long and never found the time to go. Came tonight for dinner and wow! So yum! We got their steamed gyoza, king of the north roll, Cajun salmon roll, negihama roll (yellowtail) with one piece of albacore sushi and one piece of tamago sushi. I’m not a spicy tuna girl or shrimp girl when it comes to my preferred sushi roll but the king of the north was so insanely good. The Cajun salmon was also amazing. The tamago was the best tamago I’ve ever had. The vibe is super cool and feels intimate and it’s honestly so beautiful. Our server was great too!

I stopped in here after I saw Google reviews and it did not disappoint. The place is very clean and has a nice aesthetic to it. They do close at 230-5 and had to turn away customers but the sushi was very good. We got the lunch special 2 rolls + Soup/salad and they were delish. The fish was fresh and had no fishy taste to it. 10/10 will be back

Ive tried umani a few times, each time the sushi is just subar for pricing. The combination choices with cooked and raw and flavors, really seems random and doesn’t taste good in my opinion. The korean options are all good. The service staff, is rude, front hostess, pleasant. But a poor waitress is a great way to ruin an experience with already unimpressive food.

We were so happy Umami opened up near our home in Indian Harbour Beach. My husband and I went Friday night and everything was delicious. We had the ceviche which was really nice and spicy and a delicious mushroom appetizer and then some sushi rolls. Already planning to come back this week. Yum!!!
