Umami Ramen House offers Japanese-style ramen and poke bowls, made with rich broth, fresh ingredients, and carefully prepared flavors. We focus on creating a warm and comfortable dining experience for the local community, whether for a casual meal or a gathering with friends. We will begin our soft opening on Wednesday, February 4. Our server was very sweet and attentive. The food was excellent, best chashu I’ve had by far. Also had the irene roll which was delicious and some matcha mochi. I really liked how they plated the mochi as well instead of just having it plain. Will definitely be back when im in the area. Thank you!

Super cute new sushi and Ramen restaurant in monkey junction on the strip mall. I LOVE their platter presentation and fresh quality of the fish in the sushi. Cole was our server and he did a phenomenal job answering questions and helping us choose some rolls. I really like that the 1 tempura roll we got wasnt fully fried, only the shrimp was and placed on top. The rolls are huge and worth the price about $17. They have tons of options for appetizers, rice bowls, Ramen bowls, and sushi. To drink they have boba teas and fun drinks. We will definitely be back again soon.

Amazing food and very good prices! To start off, the staff is very helpful and friendly. They checked on us often and were happy to make our experience great. We got the Spicy Ramen, the Spicy Tan Tan Ramen, and the Chicken Ramen. Everything was delicious, very good quality, and authentic. We also got the Takoyaki appetizer and it was incredible. This is definitely the best ramen I have had in Wilmington and I will be back soon!!

I got the beef ramen and it was so beefy and so good! Came with brisket and beef bone that was a joy to gnaw on. I got yellowtail as an appetizer and it was fantastic. Melted in my mouth. Sushi is killer here. Don’t sleep on it.

Delicious sushi!!! We got the pink lady speciality roll and a bang bang shrimp appetizer. Very nice staff! We will be back again and are excited to try more items on the menu.

My husband and I have visited twice and both times have been amazing! Great food and service. The first visit, we made a meal out of sushi. Their sushi is my absolute favorite—especially the Yamato Roll. Today we tried their Chicken Ramen and Beef Ramen and they were both delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the mood for some delicious sushi or ramen!
