Thank you for visiting our website. Umami Ramen House was established in 2020 by Chef Lu. His concept is to serve fresh authentic Japanese Ramen in a contemporary casual dinning environment. Umami Ramen broth is made from scratch with pork bones, which cooks over high heat for 10 to 12 hours daily. This process will unlock the flavors held in the pork bones into the broth. This process of broth making gives the soup base a rich and creamy taste.

Overall it was nice in the restaurant, though I would think the atmosphere would be better if it had music that fit the setting more. Not a big negative of course but a lot of restaurants that are centered around a certain type tend to have music aligning with the food, customs, and culture. Again it’s not horrible it was fine. I really enjoyed the decorations the most in the restaurant. The food was really good the only reason I didn’t select 5 stars is that the chicken in my food had a bunch of hard pieces so for example every 2-3 pieces out of 5 we’re too hard to chew and or it may have been bone. Again the flavor was amazing in the broth, orange sauce and the drinks. The rice was without flavor which is natural but I would have liked if the servers offered maybe a sauce or side to pair with rice.

Nice atmosphere. Quick service. Now the food was awesome. Miso soup, dumplings, fried shrimp and Korean style short ribs is what we order. Reasonable prices for lunch for 2.

So I had good and bad here. Let’s start with the good. The service was quick and everyone was very friendly. I ordered takoyaki, black garlic ramen, and sweet jasmin green tea. The ramen was good and had good umami flavor, albeit it could’ve had more garlic flavor. I loved the soft boiled eggs in it too. The tea was also delicious and floral. I also thought the Sakura Tree was beautiful, and enjoyed the lofi instrumental music.

Atmosphere is nice. Staff are friendly and served us really fast. Ramen was actually spicy and flavorful. It’s hard to find good ramen like this. I did not enjoy their wontons. If you like boba I recommend you get the boba from next door because that’s where they get it and are over priced at the restaurant . So just get a regular fountain drink when dining in. It’s a pricey place. I’m unsure if it’s worth the price.

It’s simply okay for me. I like ramen to be STEAMING hot, I like the Tonkotsu to be THIN and TENDER. Not the case when I ate the ramen here. The croquettes were tasty, but the sweet and sour dipping sauce was not well paired. The pork steam buns were okay. The “gyoza” was disappointing, nothing like true gyoza. Takoyaki was very crispy on the outside but mushy on the inside. This didn’t do it for me despite having great reviews. I was hoping to try their gyudon but they weren’t serving it that visit. It looks authentic, but there’s little things that aren’t right.

Everything i tried was absolutely yummy! Service was so so but that didn’t take away from how good the food was! The orange chicken and fried rice were killer! I’m officially addicted! The green tea had a hint of jasmine which I’m not necessarily fond of but it was still pretty good. The honeydew tea was amazing! I’m not a fan of boba so i opted out but my nephew loved them! I also tried the hibachi steak and it was good but i wasn’t thrilled about the aftertaste, but others thought it was superb! Really you can’t go wrong with anything you choose from here!

Food here was great! Never quite sure who our waiter or waitress was though. As far as atmosphere, we felt like we were bothering them by eating there. Only one girl was friendly. Received our food in weird stages. Drinks first, normal. More complex plates came out next, then the easy dishes, and finally, our appetizers . Food was excellent, I would just order it to go next time.

Great food and amazing atmosphere! I got the killer ramen and green tea boba, it was so good. The ramen was spicy yet full of flavor, and the boba wasn’t too sweet which I had personally liked. Definitely will be back

Came in for dinner when it wasn’t super busy, until I was leaving. The atmosphere is pretty chill and you get to choose your seating arrangements. The server was busy as it seemed it was just 2 for the dining area. Customer services was decent took my order and was unfortunately too busy to check back up, understandable. Luckily I’m not too messy so a single napkin was good enough, would have asked for more if I needed it. Ordered the Tan-Pan Karaage for an appetizer, they were super crunchy, which is cool but it was slightly over fried. Tasted a lot like the frying oil as they were mostly batter. It was served with a side of mayonnaise that helped with the fry oil taste. Most likely won’t order it again. Ordered the Black Garlic Oil Ramen as main entree, which was really good. The noodles and broth were good but I loved the pork belly. It was cooked beautifully and with love, truly enjoyed it. Soft and tender with lots of flavor. They have the option to order boba from the nearby business called Tea Tops; which is very cool. Overall, pretty chill spot with good food, that came out pretty quick, and decent prices. 9/10 would most likely come back and try to explore more stuff on the menu.
