Thank you for visiting our restaurant. The second location for Umami Ramen House was established in 2023, we serve fresh authentic Japanese Ramen in a contemporary casual dining environment. Umami Ramen broth is made from scratch with chicken, which cooks over high heat for 10 to 12 hours daily. This process will unlock the flavors held in the chicken bones into the broth. This process of broth making gives the soup base a rich and creamy taste.

Ramen is overpriced for the small portion you receive. Youre better off at Silverlake Ramen, Paid $19.38 for a ramen n soda. Egg was not cooked all the way, not even soft boiled. Still raw. Meat was cold in the ramen.
The vibes in the restaurant were good and have potential. But the restrooms were so gas station coded: Lights barely worked, made you feel like you were in the ghetto.

Amazing ramen and even better service. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and everything came out hot and fresh. What really made the experience stand out was our server, Michael—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. He checked in at all the right moments and made great recommendations. You can tell he cares about the customer experience. We’ll definitely be back for both the ramen and the top-tier service.

I love ramen but this place has an amazing menu! We ordered calamari and shrimp tempura for appetizers. My son got the number 10 ramen spicy and j ordered a miso soup and white rice. Every item was flavorful ! We also got a melon smoothie which you could tell was made with fresh fruit. 10/10 will be coming back

Tried Umami Ramen House and it was a great experience. The appetizers were really good, and everything that was supposed to be crispy was actually crispy. The flavors felt fresh and well balanced, and the service was really great too. You can tell they care about doing things right. Definitely a spot I’d come back to if I’m craving ramen and good Japanese appetizers.

It is a small restaurant. Ordereded spicy miso and it was super delicious!! Order kids sesame chicken rice, wow did they eat it up!! Hubby ordered miso soup woth extra corn and Naruto, he devoured it. Appetizer dumplings have lots of flavor. A must try if you have not yet. The food here was amazing. So fresh it almost burnt my tongue. The serving size for a lunch plate was HUGE and I would have to say that everything from the Rangoons to the fried gyozas are some of the best I’ve had in a long time. I would recommend if you’re in this area to come and give it a try. The waiter was super attentive and helped us with everything we needed. Broccoli chicken was delicious!

I typically love the food here however, I did find a hair in one of my appetizers and sent it back immediately. The waiter apologized and said they would make a new batch. 30 minutes go by and we’re done eating our meals and figured they forgot about our appetizer. I go up to pay for my meal and tell the guy to take off my appetizer since they did not bring it back in time but they guy goes in the back to the kitchen and tells me it’s now ready and that I can take it home with me and I still have to pay it.
