Girls’ birthday lunch date, arrived when they opened at 11 am and got seated right away. We were just informed that all premier cuts of beef/meat are offered all day, from opening to close, as they serve dinner items all day on Saturdays.

This place has definitely an experience with it. The food is very good! And if your a carnivore who eats animals as his favorite food like me then they have plenty here! My favorite is the cow meats they have! But the pigs and chickens are so good too! The grills at tables make it really fun especially with other people. It’s kinda expensive but when I think about it, it’s the same price as eating two fast food combo meals! I have only eaten here during dinner! It’s one of my favorite restaurants honestly! Also if Chris is working tell him hi! I recommend Umami for the experience

First time at Umami, and I must say it was fantastic. My son and I went for Saturday lunch. On the weekend it’s the dinner menu all weekend but it was worth it! Waygu, Ribeye, and short ribs are a couple of items that are exclusive to the dinner menu. The Waygu was beautifully marbled and very tasty.

So much variety of meats you can choose from. They have great sides you can eat. The only thing I would say is that it’s not really roomy feels like there’s no space to eat. Other than that food taste great.

Always have great experiences here. The food is delicious and I love that it’s buffet style so you don’t have to wait to get more. Night recommend giving it a try! Only been here for lunch but I’m sure dinner is even better.

I knew as a vegan I would have limited food options. But I enjoyed my visit. I grilled my own onions, garlic, pumpkin, and mushrooms. I choice brown rice. The fruit drink I order was actually very good and not too sweet. It was a papaya guava drink. Not something I usually order. I did not see options for hot green tea. The miso soup was really good and the three sauces were flavorful as well. I have the California Roll, ginger, and wasabi. Very good. I also grilled pineapple. The buffet price was decent for all the food and meat options. If you just don’t eat meat then, well this is not a place to come to regularly. Since I am not from Utah, I just wanted to try it out. I do like cooking my own food.

Nice atmosphere. Great selection of meats. Our table grill wasn’t very hot, which affects the taste of the grilled meat. The waiter had us go to another table and grill that worked perfectly. Can’t say enough about the customer service. A little pricey.

So delicious! Came here for our anniversary dinner and they have so many selections of marinated meats, veggies, fruit, brown& white rice, miso soup, curry, gyoza, and more! I loved their imported orange soda, it was delicious! Cory was a great waiter, overall worth the price! I’m stuffed!

Umami was exactly what I expected, it has good food that I’m happy to eat, but the price tag is more about the experience. It’s fun to be at a buffet and to cook your own food at the table. What I didn’t expect is how little I would enjoy it on a date, I think my experience would have been way more worth it if I had gone with a bigger group.
