The same food I ordered yesterday in Chicago the bowl was filled. Here the bowl is not even 1/4 filled though the price is the same I do not get the meaning of this as the same chain store I ordered it there. I paid $20.69 for a bowl that may not be half of the price.

The food here is excellent. I was planning to eat here once or twice a week in place of my usual go-to take-out. I had it twice and it was fantastic. But on my third order, someone managed to pick up my food somehow. After ½ hour at the location, they still hadn’t started making replacement food or resolved the issue and I had to make a different dinner for my kids. We are told we will get a refund, but we are very disappointed in the service. I’m not sure we’ll give it another chance after this experience.

This place is great! The flavors are not super “Asian” but everything is very flavorful with huge portion sizes and generous amounts of meat. They don’t skimp on the nicer ingredients by adding tons of rice/cabbage as filler, I felt the box was perfectly proportioned so you get the best amount of everything. Both bowls I ordered came in pretty large takeout boxes that were completely filled and lasted over 2 meals. Will definitely order again!

Delicious meals that are large enough for 2 servings. This is a pick up and delivery only warehouse kitchen that serves a good number of banners for GrubHub and Uber Eats so if you go pick it up realize you’re going to the downtown warehouse district, not a storefront.
