The must is Tonkotsu Ramen. It’s amazing flavor. The broth is umami. Chashu pork is thinly sliced and well seasoned. I also like it because it’s not too fatty. All the ingredients including corn, egg, black wood mushrooms, wakame seaweed, complete this dish! I finished this dish until last drop of the broth. Love it so much.
Spicy Beef Ramen is also delicious but less than Tonkotsu. The broth is a little too oily for me but flavor is good. The beef is very tender.
I definitely go back for Tonkotsu again!!
They also offer sushi if you want more than ramen.
I really wanted to give this place 4 stars, but it just falls short at 3.5. The location is convenient, the staff is attentive, and the prices are very reasonable. The food, however, could use some improvement. The ramen noodles lacked that satisfying bounce you’d expect, and while the broth was decent, it could use a bit more depth of flavor. The house salad was good, the miso soup was tasty, and the veggie tempura was nicely done—crispy and flavorful. The chicken katsudon was just okay; my daughter even said my husband’s homemade version is better. Would I come here specifically for ramen? Probably not. But for a quick, affordable meal, it’s a good option.
Unfortunately the ramen was lackluster. The toppings were yummy but the soups’ flavors were lacking in the richness I was expecting. I found the two soups nearly indistinguishable. The best thing we got was the gyoza.
It was affordable and quick but if you want good authentic ramen, try somewhere else.
The place looks very nice and its good you can actually get to see the kitchen as well . Servers very nice and paying attention 🙂
