Five stars for the team at Uley’s Cabin. It’s rare to find such high-level service at a mid-mountain spot, but the staff here is top-notch. From the warm greeting at the door to the attentive service at the table, they really go above and beyond. Truly friendly people who clearly love what they do. It made our ski day extra special!

Tucked inside this cabin is the best food and drinks on the mountain, plus a wood-burning fireplace that makes it an especially welcome stop on a cold day. The manager, host, and waitstaff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely responsive. As far as we could tell, it’s the only full-service dining option on the mountain, and it shows.
We went twice, and both meals delivered. Standouts included the mushroom soup, poutine, buffalo short ribs, and salmon. (Sadly, we were too full for dessert both times.)
Don’t miss out! Make a reservation on Tock. Bonus points: they actually read my Tock preferences and accommodated us without us even needing to ask.
P.S. We didn’t try the outdoor seating, but it looked like a fun, party-style vibe with cornhole, loud music, and a bar serving drinks and a limited menu.

Food of this quality on mountain was very unexpected. Pork chop was beyond delicious, cooked to perfection, and the bloody mary was the best I’ve had in Crested Butte. It is easily the best place to eat while skiing Mt. Crested Butte.

Overall, a very nice lunch and they get kudos for helping my wife ice her knee after she twisted it. Ambience and service very nice. We started with mussels which were very good particularly since we were having them in the middle of a mountain in Colorado. The vegan ramen was excellent with my only comment being that the ramen noodles didn’t seem fully hydrated. Broth very good. Well worth the price. Note you need to make reservations on OpenTable.

Excellent on-mountain dining! The mushroom soup and short rib were both delicious. Great service, awesome vibe.

Ordered the fritters and a house salad and added chicken. The fritters were dry and the chicken cost almost as much as the salad. No Epic Pass discount even though it’s owned by Vail Resorts.
I don’t think there was any pear vinaigrette dressing on the salad. Asked for more dressing and they didn’t even bring a full cup.
Server looked at my empty cup at least twice and didn’t offer to refill. I had to ask to get another.
Avoid the inside of this cabin at all costs. Just like everything else Vail Resorts owns – it used to be cool, but has been ruined.
The only reason I give it 4 stars for atmosphere is because they have a real wood burning stove inside.
The vibe outside at the bar seemed cool, at least.

Incredibly delicious food with friendly and quick service. My only regret is not finding this hidden gem sooner! Will absolutely be back.

Walked in to warm up by the fireplace because it was so wet and raining out as I was skiing, and was thrown out because I didn’t have a reservation after I tried to make one, the manager himself was awfully rude telling me to leave without allowing me to make a reservation for now or later.

Indoor restaurant is mid, food is mediocre at best and the service as atrocious. Outside is way better.

This restaurant shares the location with the Bar Grill at Uley’s, but offers a different menu, more upscale The food is really great, well cooked, very consistent, the dining room is warm and cozy, with some high chairs The staff is really friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed! This is a nice way to enjoy your ski break!
