I’ve been buying pizza here for well over 20 years. As prices have constantly went higher and higher we enjoy the pizza and always go back even tho two pizzas are well into $70.00 plus dollars. But we support local businesses. But tonight I’m extremely extremely frustrated. We live in Lebanon and started calling at about 4:40 pm to order. Now its 6:35 and still cant get them to answer the phone to call in our order. I made over 200 yes I said 200 calls tonight to order pizza to only get a fax line, a busy signal, or actually told the ringer is shut off. Its Stayton they cant be that busy so I’d say badly miss managed. I have a few pizza joints here in Lebanon to choice from and for a family of 4 that usually gets pizza one or twice a week I guess I have to now support Lebanon business since Ugo’s can not figure out how to answer the phone and take a simple order for two pizzas. Sad that we won’t be enjoying our families favorite pizzas anymore. Here is a picture of my call log showing I called 200 times over a almost two hour period to not being helped. A classic American style pizza. We tried Ugo’s pizza this week. It’s a traditional style American pizza. Nice thin crust. Good sauce and a good amount of topping. The service was very good and friendly. The atmosphere is outdated but not bad. They have a full bar in the back with an area for video poker. There’s also a few video games out front.

I ordered pizza and fries to-go had the JJs special. I think they added onions and pepporchini after baking because top of pizza was cold while crust was warm. Bacon cheese fries didn’t hardly have cheese but ok on bacon. Haven’t had UGOs in twenty years and getting this was kind of disappointing from what I remember before. Knowing me I’ll try again later to order maybe but different pizza.

I’ve been by this place a dozen times and never stopped in until the other night. I went out with the family and we ended up at Ugo’s and I’m glad we did.
They had a good traditional thin crust lots of toppings, not overly greasy and came out hot. My wife got the GF crust and it was amazing I’d never know the difference.
They food overall was great, atmosphere was a little dated but very clean, and they have a sports bar area with TVs, full service bar, and lotto.
We will certainly be back as this is a Stayton Gem.

I like the upgraded bar area but I come here for the great pizza pie. Can’t be beat in stayton, or the surrounding area. I think they can hang with all the Salem places too. You have to give them a chance!

The crust was as good as it’s ever been there.
A little bit skimpy on the cheese for $31 on a pizza, but the crust is definitely still the same high quality. 2 more ounces of cheese would have definitely made all the difference. The young lady working the front was very friendly and professional. My Crater Lake Rootbeer was ice cold and much appreciated.

My family has been getting pizza from here for years. The last two times I have been very disappointed. First, this is the most expensive pizza, and it sucks when you pay a ton of money only to be disappointed. Second, the last couple times I have ordered pizza there is not much cheese on it making it dry. Third, this last pizza we had was burnt to a crisp on the bottom.

We stopped in for the first time and had the Sweet & Spicy pizza. You know, it was pretty good! Very clean restaurant. I understand it was remodeled, and well, it looks great. I like the separate bar and Oregon Lottery area. We enjoyed some pinball and Big Buck Hunter (which I believe is legally required to be in every pizza place and/or bar in Oregon). All in all, very happy, looking forward to coming back and checking out the restrooms for the full review experience 🙂
