Would definitely go here again if I was in the area and craving noodles. There are a ton of restaurants close by as well as vintage shops and record stores.
Service: 10/10
Atmo: 8/10
Tried the gyudon rice bowl and sukiaki udon w/ mentaiko and both were delicious.
The udon was bouncy and perfect, the broth light and flavorful.
I wasn’t as impressed with the tempura, but that was a side-note anyway.
The udon was amazing though! Great taste. I wish there were more free toppings and the additional tempura toppings cost a little extra.
After a brief discussion with the manager Santiago.
The employee by the name of Uriel (spelling) was sexually verbally talking about which female employees he’d sleep with which female customers in the shop he would sleep with very aggressively in spanish and English and I being bilingual understood and brought it up the the manager Santiago.
After the discussion with the manager, no action was taken towards the employee.
Infact, from the looks of it, the manager Santiago and Uriel are best buds and probably have the same mind of mistreating female employees and CUSTOMERS behind their back.
I talked to some female customers and even found out it is very common for them to verbally talk dirty things after taking their orders very loud in spanish.
Even found out 3 female employees have quit due to dirty behavior from Uriel.
Action must be taken.
A 1 star doesn’t justify everything, and I hope they’re punished by law or reported by more customers.
Its not fair to the hard working employees helping run this business especially females.

Here is a formal, professional complaint version of your text, keeping the seriousness and allegations clear while removing emotional language and speculation:
I am writing to formally report inappropriate and unacceptable behavior that I witnessed at this establishment. While the food quality may be good, it does not excuse the conduct of certain employees and management, particularly toward women.
I personally observed an employee named Uriel (spelling as heard) making explicit and sexually inappropriate verbal comments about female employees and female customers. These comments included discussing which women he would like to sleep with and were made loudly, aggressively, and in both Spanish and English. As a bilingual individual, I fully understood the nature and severity of these remarks.
I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, Santiago, and explained the situation clearly. Unfortunately, no corrective action appeared to be taken following this discussion. On the contrary, it appeared that the manager and the employee have a close personal relationship, raising serious concerns about management’s willingness to address or prevent this type of misconduct.
Additionally, after speaking with several female customers, I learned that this behavior is not an isolated incident. Multiple customers reported that sexually explicit comments are commonly made after orders are taken, often spoken loudly in Spanish. I was also informed that at least three female employees have resigned due to the ongoing inappropriate behavior from this same employee.
This type of conduct creates a hostile and unsafe environment for both employees and customers, particularly women. It is unfair to the hardworking staff especially female employees—who are trying to earn a living in a respectful workplace.
I strongly urge that immediate and appropriate action be taken to investigate and address this matter. Sexual harassment of any kind should not be tolerated, and failure to act reflects poorly on management and the business as a whole.
