We picked up takeout for ourselves including our daughter and her family. We were on time for pickup, actually arriving before we received the text that our food was ready. My husband’s chicken club sandwich was decent but warm, not hot. Our grandsons kids pizza was ok, fries were not hot and fresh though. Our daughters hangar steak was really good and honestly looked the best of the $100+ ticket. However her brussel sprouts had parmesan cheese on them. Nowhere on the Toast digital menu did we see this, only garlic. She is dairy free because she is nursing and we have a sensitive little bundle of joy. She could not eat the butter grilled bread either. All she could eat was the steak itself. Our son in laws 4 square Detroit pizza was actually raw dough in the middle and needed to be air fryed at home to finish cooking. The final order was mine, a half rack of ribs. I actually went back into the restaurant to ask if they were the proper portion. Yes I was told 6 ribs is normal. Ok not a problem however these 6 ribs were the skimpiest ribs I have ever seen. They banged around in the togo container like a pair of sandals in a boot box. They were also very dry. Barely any sauce. Lacking flavor. I asked about missing a bbq sauce container and was told, “they put it on beforehand”. Ok. The staff was very polite but also had their hands tied. One of the the young ladies told me that they got a new meat vendor about 18 months ago and they are considerably smaller now. I was disappointed in them now with no comparison of previous. They were seriously the saddest ribs I’ve ever seen. A far cry from the meaty and plump ribs depicted on the menu. The fries were tasty but barely warm and limp. Our daughter’s house is 4 minutes away. That wasn’t the issue. I grew up in the restaurant business and I understand so many of the obstacles restaurant owners face. However a new vendor and poor menu descriptions isn’t a good excuse. If you can’t provide proper photos and descriptions of meals and ingredients on your preferred ordering platform, update them or remove it from your online menu. I tipped 20% ahead, on takeout. The takeout counter staff was friendly and deserved it. The barely warm and mediocre food needs to be addressed at management level.

We order from Uccellos often. Usually love it. Tonight ordered a pizza that looks like it was dropped and flipped 3 times on the floor before delivery. Very disappointing. Might not order or go into the restaurant for quite awhile.

Take-out order. I ordered a salad expecting something fresh and crisp, but what I got was the complete opposite. The lettuce was rotten, slimy, discolored, and smelled awful. It ruined the entire dish, making it impossible to eat. Honestly, it should never have left the kitchen in this condition. Extremely disappointing and a total waste of $20.

Got seated and waited for 20 minutes. Not a single server came to the table. We talked to the hostess and she did nothing. We left and brought our service to Branns steak house and had a wonderful meal. Never going back to Uccellos.

Twice in a month, we placed takeout orders and both had a problem! First time, we picked up and got home only to find out the salmon was missing. Called the restaurant. An hour later they delivered the salmon. 2nd time, came to pick up and our food was given to another customer by mistake. Waited 30 minutes for them to remake the food. Very disappointing.

We were just there L3 group had 35 people or more. They set up a buffet pizza salad, breadsticks marinara sauce when they first set it up look good, when people went up to get food there was no one to tell that you put it need to put that on their tab. No one at the counter from people did not get charged for the food that they ate so my wife who set this thing up was somehow responsible for $189 bill saying only four people eat pizza. There was more like 15 than eight. I know they brought pizzas and again no one pays attention but when it was time for people to leave after drinking and talking to people he hadn’t seen in Years They paid their bill and left not getting charged for their Food. The lady that ran the buffet said that only four people ate and that she owed this money to compensate for what they had put up. They said we could take the pizza Was left home. See pictures below. The pizza was so hard and overcooked they let it cook heat lamp it wasn’t even edible. I went right in the trash thanks to some kind souls that were still there that didn’t eat. They help chip in to pay for this bill. I feel it should not have been our responsibility was not explained to us that we were responsible for See if this makes sense making sure everyone got charged for their bill the overall experience the fun we had was only scarred by the type of food they were sharing unless you ate early and then people were not charged for their food so they want to charge somebody else they don’t have anybody there to control or charge the people that eat? It’s not my job your job was to find the people that eat and charge them. They were all drinking so people are not going to notice that they’re not getting charged $14 for two pieces of pizza and a salad. Probably be our last time we use your place for such an endeavor overall disappointment disgust me

First time Ive been to this location.
Food was pretty good. I think the one in Rockford might be the best one.
Bartender was a nice lady but brought my side sald out with my meal. It wasn’t a busy afternoon either.
So my sandwitch was barely warm when I got to it. Other then that it was solid. Also, there was no music or anything playing. It was tvs on mute and some light chatter in the background. I noticed that as soon as I sat down lol

Hello,
I took my kids out for late lunch/early dinner here at the Caledonia location. It wasn’t quite busy yet, but the cooks were overlooking our meat entrees. My kids, who normally love chicken, told me they couldn’t eat it with how dry it came out. I had an Alfredo dish with sausage crumbles, but the sausage was so hard it almost tasted burnt and couldn’t continue it. I learned that the kitchen had a whole batch of this burnt sausage they needed to somehow use up from this morning. That tells me that how they cooked it, it was too thin on the tray going in the oven. Because of this, I ask to have this remade, this time with steak. I wanted it medium rare, but the steak came out medium well, with only a very small, faint pink line. I was very disappointed with the food because of the overcooked proteins. I didn’t want to cause any more trouble, so I continued eating the food.
I liked our waiter, he was good. But the cooks seem to overcook a lot of food. This is the worst experience I’ve had with their food. I come by once in a while and can enjoy everything else, but the food lately is a hit or miss, and this is a hard miss.

Katie was very very very nice i haven’t seen customer appreciation like this at any restaurant before great sports-bar and grt pizza the best thing on the menu for vegans is the nachos without the meat simply delicious!
