Uber Bagel is one of my favorite places and their bagels are honestly some of the best I’ve had. That’s why it’s disappointing that I have to leave a one-star review today because of the service.
I’ve ordered here many times, and unfortunately there have been many occasions where my order was either incorrect or missing items. For example, I often order sesame bagels but sometimes receive sea salt bagels instead, which I never eat. Most of the time I just let it go and didn’t complain.
However, today I ordered a half dozen bagels and only received five. This has happened too many times.
I understand that the store can be busy, but I really hope the team can pay a little more attention to orders and improve the service. The bagels are great — I just wish the ordering experience matched the quality of the food.

Great bagels. I ordered the Italian on a toasted everything bagel, NO HOTS. I got the Italian on a toasted everything bagel WITH hots. I picked them off and had a really good sandwich. My wife got the Greek on a toasted everything bagel. She said it was delicious. We will definitely go back! Very busy (Saturday morning) but we were able to get a seat in less than 5 minutes.

Uber Bagel has an extensive menu, so there’s definitely something for everyone. Their bagels are incredibly flavorful. However, the ingredients in between don’t quite live up to the same standard, they are a bit underwhelming compared to the bagels themselves. Still worth a visit if you’re a bagel fan, especially for the variety.

Uber bagels have great bagels. They are soft and multiple flavors to choose from. I stopped here around lunch time to get some bagels to go. There was one person in front of me and we waited several minutes before someone even came to the register to take our order. The person working the register wasn’t very friendly nor did he acknowledge us just waiting there. Several people had come in after me.
I ordered 6 bagels to go and a cream cheese. I had to wait for the order, which was another 10 minutes. To help with the flow of customers, it would be much easier to just grab the bagels from the baskets and send me on my way. Other bagel places have their cream cheese prepackaged, increasing the efficiency to grab and go. I couldn’t imagine how long the wait is for some bagels to go during peak times.

Stopped in to grab an Italian sandwich on a toasted bagel for lunch. It was delicious, and had a generous portion of deli meats. The bagel was fresh and the service was fast.

First time we checked this place out. It was very busy on a Saturday late morning.FYI, The menu on the board to me is incredibly difficult to read (Small with challenging script) with multitude of many options. They did not have any menus available to look at and suggested my online menu. I had them recommend something which was good but overly spicy and they didn’t have the bagel that I initially ordered. Food took a while.

I am New York born and bred. This bagel outfit is excellent. Their bagels are easily the best in the MD area. I lived in MD for over 25 years. Their Rosemary Sea Salt bagel is outstanding. I live in Florida now and have folks asking me to bring them back dozens.

This is my first experience with ordering food from this Deli. Excellent food!! My wife placed an order through Uber app. The food arrived very quickly, due to our home just being a town over. Food was hot and delicious! I had the Remedy bagel. Amazing flavor and taste! If you have a jonesing for a bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese on a fresh bagel…this is definitely the place to go to. My wife had the Gluten free bagel, bacon, and egg. She loved it as well. Kudos!!
