It all started in 1972, when owner Judy Waller opened her first U.S. Pizza Company in a burned out clock shop in Levy, AR. Armed with a unique recipe for thin crust pizza and an old fashioned stone hearth oven, U.S. Pizza embarked on a quarter-of-a-century journey that has done everything but dwindle. Since we opened our first store in 1972, we’ve been making our thin crust pizza from scratch when you order it. And we still use stone hearth ovens. Excellent service but the excellence stops there. Hands down the most mediocre pizza I’ve had in several years. Their mini lunch pizzas legit look like they were procured from a grocery store’s frozen foods aisle.

This location is very clean. The service is really good and the staff makes you feel welcomed and want to return again. Matthew and Pam provided GREAT customer service and made sure my food was prepared the way I wanted it. There is indoor as well as outdoor seating. Dogs are welcome on the outdoor patio(with a few understandable rules).There is also a bar that is well stocked and open for service. I will definitely be back again. This location is also conveniently located in walking distance to multiple other businesses.

Came here for pizza accidentally signed up for a 50-minute patience-testing seminar instead. Apparently, fast food is just a suggestion now.No updates, no apologies, just the thrilling experience of standing around wondering if my order was being hand-crafted by a single chef using ancient techniques. The service moved at a pace that would impress a glacier.
If you have unlimited time, low expectations, and enjoy being ignored, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I’d recommend literally anywhere else.

A great place to gather. I rented the upstairs area for a small friends gathering. The area has restrooms, AV equipment, plenty of chairs, and staff to order food and make beverages.

Renting the space was easy and the managers were helpful and answered all of my questions prior to rental.

The elevator to access the private upstairs area was also helpful.

Great place! Restaurant clean & tidy. Hostess & wait staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of refills and food brought to us in timely manner. Food served hot and fresh. Supreme salad with fajita chicken is huge, but a family favorite so nothing goes to waste! Plenty of seating inside or outside if weather permits. Also this location has an upstairs area you can reserve/rent for small gatherings, bridal/baby showers, etc.

Hi I came to your location today and the gentleman that was fixing my salad had his phone in one hand and fixing my salad in the other room. I sat there and stared at him wondering why he was getting germs from his phone onto my food and finally he looked back at me and noticed he was in the wrong. And then he took his put the phone down took his glove off and put a new glove on. I have a real big issue of this when when your employees are fixing customers food they should not have their phone in their hand distributing germs on our food. This will make it to where I would not want to visit your location again wondering what type of germs or whatever is going to be in my food I feel the managers should take a look at this and watch more closely to the employees they are hiring at their store. You should look into giving some extensive training to the employees that you hired to represent your store. I do hope that you will look at this and do something about this.

The best thing about this place is the outdoor patio. Portions are small and the food is mediocre. We were there at four pm on a Monday and it took a long time to get the food and never got drink refills.

Unfortunately I paid 42.46 for two extremely dry pizzas. I called and spoke to the manager he said because the pizza look good to him and he made it that means I’m supposed to except this dry pizza. I have pictures of this extremely dry pizza may someone please help? I thought the manager would help when he suggested I tell him what I want to do about this. In response I a remake with sauce. Unfortunately this individual with poor management skills told me no because the pizzas are made prefect how he likes it. May I please receive good customer service from the owner or someone over this location?

This could be the fanciest US pizza location out of any that I have ever been to! They’ve got multiple outdoor patios, some of them covered and some of them with umbrellas over the tables. The indoor seating is extensive and there’s also an upstairs seating area, which I assume is for large groups. The food is great, as always and the staff was very friendly.
