Was passing through Little Rock on the way to Houston and still off here, very clean place with an amazing smell of a true pizza shop ! Has a full bar and a giant menu !!! The service was very friendly and very quick ! I got a cheesesteak with the famous dip as an app, it def tasted much better than it looked ! I highly recommend if you want a fast bite to eat !

Manager was awful! He scolded one of his workers in front of us and was completely disrespectful and used absolutely atrocious language! I asked our server (who was amazing) what his name was and if he was the manager. She said his name is Aaron and he is somehow the GENERAL MANAGER! A man with a complete lack of respect for his employees and no care for the language he uses IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS is somehow running the store?! And when asked for help by his employees he got an attitude and started stomping and slamming things around. He was asked for help changing a beer keg and we could hear him slamming them around in the back from the front of the restaurant! If it weren’t for the amazing service we wouldn’t be coming back. This place should be ashamed of the way he treats his employees!

The food was good but not quite as good as I remember in years past. The staff though… they were awesome!

Went here for lunch. There were two of us and we both had the lunch specials. Our house salads were goig. My husband had the loaded one and it was much better. The 6″ pizzas were very tastefully. Will go back to try one of the larger ones. Swevice was outstanding.

This is my favorite US Pizza. I went today and ordered a Turkey sandwich on sourdough bread (not a bun). I opened the container with my sandwich and was disappointed. Usually you get a bag of chips. This time they put the chips in the container and they were stale. They put my sandwich on a hoagie bun (ilI specifically asked for sourdough bread. There’s a difference between a hoagie bun and bread). The presentation of the sandwich was not appealing. I may have to step back and patronize another US Pizza. I’m very disappointed. I lost my appetite. Today, US Pizza Height, I rade you at a D-. Please do better.

I don’t know what has happened to the USPS location in the Heights in Little Rock. It used to be the best pizza and pizza place to eat anywhere around the last few times I’ve eaten there and it has been horrible. I ordered extra crispy pizza and it came to me not even done. I had to put it in my toaster oven to finish cooking. Didn’t have all my toppings on it. I ordered four chocolate chip cookies and got an M&M cookie. . This has been happening every time I’ve gone there in the last two months.

I’ll start off by admitting I’ve had their pizza before and it’s about as ordinary as it gets. So today I tried a roast beef and cheddar sandwich on a toasted hoagie roll. I added mayo and honestly it was pretty good. It comes with a pickle spear and a bag of chips. My issue with it is the lack of meat. For the price it’s a little thin on the beef. I also tried their 2 pc breadsticks with marinara. Not too great. So I’m not sure if any return visits are necessary.

I had a wonderful visit today at this location (the Heights) its been about a year since I’ve been there and the atmosphere was great. the food was just right. no issues at all with the food. was very surprised from my last visit and the server i believe her name was Melissa or Alissa was very sweet and patient with me, my friend and our 4 kids. she was very attentive, professional and prompt and made sure our food and experience was awesome. we will definitely be back to this location.

My first and last experience with this establishment. I was greeted by the kind man, whom I assume is hispanic, at the host station. I sat at the bar for almost 10 minutes and no one spoke to me. 3 separate “ladies” walked past me and didn’t say hello, offer a menu, ask if I needed a drink, not even a friendly smile or nod. The kind gentleman had to finally give me a menu and, after even more waiting, eventually come take my order. These same “ladies” paid no attention to me while several other guests were greeted with kindness and smiles. I finally noticed I didn’t look like the other customers and attributed this to the lack of acknowledgement. Another lady came from the back and within seconds said hello and smiled. This lady did in fact look like me. I thanked her for speaking to me and being kind. I couldnt take any more. It wasn’t until I decided to cancel my order that one of the “ladies” I mentioned earlier finally acknowledged my presence and asked “Is something wrong?” As much as I wanted to give her a piece of my mind and let her know how wrong they were, I simply said “No.” and thanked the two individuals who had showed me kindness before leaving. I would recommend treating all customers with kindness and respect moving forward.

I called and spoke with the GM Eric. He was very pleasant and attentive. I appreciate how he listened to me and showed empathy for my experience. He even offered to make it right if I choose to visit this location again. I truly hope his kindness rubs off on the test of the front-of-house team.
