Story ahead-Ive ordered here before with others, this was my 1st in person visit. Recieved a soggy oily quesadilla but it was late and I was already home so I was not leaving back out. I proceeded to call the next day and politely asked to speak to the manager. The guy who claimed he was the manager was understanding and told me to come back, or so I thought. What he did when I got there was COMPLETELY CHILDISH!!! He stopped his cook from making orders, although people were waiting and proceeded to tell his cook that I said I had better ideas and I could make quesadillas better than him. I was completely taken aback n politely told the cook that was not the case offered again to bring him back the quesadilla and simply asked for a refund. He tells me no he’ll give me chicken, I refused and although he was loud he got louder. As a business owner I do you believe that he took this incident personally acting out like a child having a tantrum and wanting all eyes on him I chuckled, and took the bag n left! Below is what I received as compensation for an almost $12 quesadilla two small pieces of chicken and some french fries. ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ I did not take a picture of the quesadilla which I wish I had!

A small carry out place. 15 minutes away from six flags agawam.. Very humble & courteous staff. Went above and beyond my expectations. They made sure I got my order right . Although I didn’t mind waiting 10- 15 minutes for my order to get ready which is a Normal wait time but.. the owner offered complimentary smoothie and added extra pieces of chicken!! ordered chicken with rice , lamb & chicken gyro on pita which is something to go back for . Fried chicken was on point, full of flavor.I asked to pack the ready chicken on tray but the owner insisted on serving fresh chicken .. good hearted people!Whenever I will be in the area that is my go to place for sure . All in all, generous serving of delicious food packed with flavors at a very reasonable price. humble & friendly staff . It’s a hidden gem.

visited this restaurant for the first time and purchased chicken over rice and a few pieces of chicken. The food was dirty and smelled very bad. There was even a human hair in the food. When I saw how dirty it was, I threw it out. After eating a small amount, I experienced stomach pain. The place looked unsanitary and unclean inside.
I am reporting this incident because the food quality and hygiene were unacceptable and could cause health problems to other customers.

Update: This is the second time that it happened to me. Order 40 dollars worth of food for takeaway. Came back home after 45 mins of drive opened up the bags and noticed that my double cheese was missing. First time it was a wrap and tonight its my burger. 1 star for you bud

The chicken is delicious. However, the smoothies have too much sugar. The service isn’t great; they need more employees in the store to get people in and out faster. I called in my order, but still waited about 20 minutes or more for my order…10 min was waiting for someone to wait on me at the counter. Do better.

most disgusting place you could eat at!!!!! so dirty inside. wanted to put my phone down on the table and i couldn’t even do that due to how unclean tables were BUT TO FIND HAIR in the food its just crazyyy nd the lady that takes em orders got mad that i brought it up and said to bring my own food for them to cook lol what difference that makes??? if hair nets are not being worn like every kitchen should that will keep happening whether i bring my food for them too cook or their food ♀️ i will not be eating there everrr again!!!.. but i will definitely go back and buy me a can of soda just to see the improvements☺️☺️
