US Brews Brewery in Centerport is worth checking out. Brian, the owner, clearly put everything into this place and it shows. I’ve been a few times for the live music and always have a great time. There IPA is really good, and I love the rustic, open setup. What’s nice is you can be up front enjoying the music or hang in the back and actually have a conversation without yelling. Definitely going back and already planning my next visit for more live music.

A wonderful new addition to Dead-themed establishments on Long Island, US Brews is large and cozy at the same time. Generously long bar. Great kitchen (simpler items, burgers, flats, etc..). Expansive selection of craft beers. And a great place to see live music. Owner and staff super-friendly. Some couches around a fireplace – felt like apres-ski atmosphere ie, laid back. Lots of room to hang as you like: couch, plenty of tables and the Bar. Highly recommended.

We came here after hiking in Cold Spring Harbor. They have an amazing selection of craft beer and a great pub menu. We also hit it on “Tap Takeover Day” from Radiant Pig and Catskill Brewing so we were treated to free beers and swag! Melissa the bartender was an absolute sweetheart with an amazing personality. Brian the owner was extremely friendly and made us feel so welcome. We also met a ton of regulars that were sweet and outgoing. The food was very good and they had a decent selection for everyone. Will definitely be back! A great Saturday afternoon!

Hosted my 30th birthday party here and was extremely happy with my experience! The owner, Brian, was so nice and helpful to work with. I really appreciate how he accommodated specific requests I had to make the party possible for me. All my family and friends also really enjoy the food and atmosphere, including ones who traveled out of state to celebrate. I highly recommend U.S brews for hosting, but also just as a cozy place to hang with people and drink some brews.

Update: There are just way too many children (many of them loud) here on Friday and Saturday nights for me to come back. I have been here a few times since its opening and still stand by U.S. Brews being a good place because of their beer and sense of community. I know part of that community have children but I felt no difference between being at this place and going to a daycare to drink. I don’t have kids so I know many will see me in the wrong but if parents aren’t bringing their kids to Beach Pub two doors down, why have them here all the time?
I’m not sure if the owners would see this but even 1 night or certain hours without kids would be great.

Great food, Incredible beer and an out of this world environment. Family friendly place. My band and I had a blast playing music at this amazing establishment. Give this place plenty of business, they are really nice people.

It’s too loud. 9$ Beers, Good selection. The food is actually really good. I’ve left a couple times because it was too loud (One time a DJ was setting off car alarms outside).
