The service was excellent and best part of the experience. The Bosnian ladies were the most helpful and friendly service I have had in a while. The food was good but a little cool. I think the for the price 2 egg breakfast was best. I just wish Hilton covered the full breakfast price like Hyatt and Marriott do for their top loyalty clients.

This is inside the Hilton. I am staying here, so I thought why not?
I’ll tell you why not, sat at the bar for 15 minutes at 9:30 at night. Zero service, no one around to even acknowledge that I’m sitting here. I had a great conversation with the folks sitting next to me as multiple servers and bartenders passed me.
If you have a bunch of extra time and like to be ignored, this is the place for you.
What a waste of time.

The waiters/bartenders Joe, Christian and Eswin are excellent employees. They are the nices, most courteous people we have met. They all went that extra mile that most employees do not show now a days to make you feel wamted and appreciate it. These employees deserve to be recognized in one way or another. We stayed at your hotel for a baseball tournament and we will try to stay here always. Thank you.
