I called to inquire about pricing for just the sushi/tuna and not the full bowl and was quoted $10/lb which is a great shockingly price. If somethings too good to be true – it’s probably not true! I went in and got 4 scoops which weighs roughly 8 ounces (half a pound) and was charged $19. That ends up being $38/lb – almost 4 times what was quoted. Not a big fan of dishonest quotes.

A gem of a place. One of the best chicken fried rice I’ve had. Fresh ingredients and clearly only the best pieces of chicken were used. Cooked just right. The total taste was delicious. The price was surprisingly reasonable for such quality.

So good…I had the Hawaiian Classic bowl and it was delicious. The serving size was pretty large, so it was a good value. All ingredients seemed very fresh. Personally, I wasn’t a fan of the sweet items in the bowl such as the mango relish and the pickled vegetables, but that’s just a personal preference so I will ask for those to be omitted next time. The sauce was perfect.

They have so many delicious options for your poke bowl or burrito. All the ingredients look fresh and taste great! The pricing is very inexpensive. For the amount you would pay for 2 basic sushi rolls or 1 specialty roll you can get an entire bowl with about 7x’s the amount of food! U Poke Spot has a larger variety and better tasting ingredients than any of the other poke bowl places I’ve been to.

It is ok place but the main flavor is a fish flavor/aroma – the key ingredient in a poke dish, so we expected to have one but unfortunately the fish part was almost tasteless/insipid. Tomatoes weren’t fresh. As to the interior it’s a clean and quiet spot.

Oh, why did I not come to this place sooner ? Funny thing is, I did when it first opened, but was hesitant once I came in and decided to walk out .
Well I’m glad I finally decided to give them a try. Their food is absolutely delicious ! Very light and good for the body. You are free to customize your own bowl as I did which I really enjoyed, it was fun and the end result was worth it. All the flavors came together beautifully and everything from the base, to the toppings, to the proteins just really complimented each other nicely.
What’s even better is that their prices are affordable. I was surprised to see my total only come up to $11.88. For the quality and the portion, it was definitely worth it. I would love to come back again, and I have to try their sushi burrito! I understand this place might not be for everybody, but for those who appreciate this kind of cuisine, you will not be disappointed!
P.S the staff member I dealt with was very patient and knowledgeable. I felt like a lost fish when I first arrived, and she even complimented my bowl at the end .
Also, cooked proteins available (chicken & shrimp) , raw isn’t a must !

So good! We had a spot back in Japan with fresh caught fish so we had really high expectations for this place. We were not disappointed!
The poke was so good! There’s plenty of seating and super clean. Try their spicy salmon and spicy tuna it’s absolutely delicious. We did the build your own bowl but they also have a menu to choose from. We will definitely be coming back
