First time eating Ty’s. My coworkers rave about how amazing it is, so I had to experience it myself. 10/10! It surpassed my expectations. Not only was the food incredible, but the cooks, and staff were very friendly. The club and chicken queso soup was fire!

Fantastic sandwich made in only a few minutes. Everyone was really nice and friendly. Nicely placed just off Broadway with seating outside under umbrellas. Well priced as well, make sure you go, they’re open between 10:30 and 14:30!

Big and small chunks of chicken breast and just the right seasonings to make it wonderful- not too spicy, not too salty! Pure perfection! Run, walk or Uber here if you want some good quality soup that is worth the hype!

For a tiny little restaurant this place packs the punch with absolutely delicious sandwiches and soups. The tomato bisque is perfect for a chilly day! Portion sizes are just right and the prices are very fair. Service is of course with a giant smile . Tables in front for eating “in” are fun for people watching.

Well this was one of the best sandwiches and soups ive had in a while and im having a hard time thinkingof one that may have been better. When I ordered the tys hot chicken sandwich they were out of lettuce and put spinach on it. And thats the only way I will eat it from now on. Fresh. Fast and no words can describe how good it was.

Great little hidden gem of a lunch spot making some of the best fresh sandwiches in this part of town and excellent soups. Ty’s is fast affordable and staffed with smiling friendly people. Order ahead if needed but you can usually drop by, be in and out in 5 minutes or less. The Chicken soup is delectable. The sandwiches are piled high with meats and the bread is soft delicious and nicely toasted (unless you prefer it not to be) you should absolutely try the Reuben and the chicken salad, I also really like the plain old club. A Subway is opening next door. Don’t be fooled try Ty’s instead you’ll pay the same or less for much better food with more meats!
The shop is small no sitting inside but if it’s nice out there are a few tables you can sit at. Also Available on all the delivery apps.

Great outdoor seating eatery with amazingly good soup and sandwiches. Very welcoming and helpful staff along with fast service.. just what we needed after walking the streets of Nashville taking in the sights. The soup had so much flavor i was disappointed when it was gone and our philly chicken sandwich was so hot we had to wait with great anticipation as we enjoyed the smell… it was incredibly delicious
