Great customer service. Rabbit & Kristy are the best bartenders. They do not get paid enough! Ty’s Bar & Grill is a must see if in the Tri-Cities!

I owned a bar for many years, and I love dive bars, but there are “Dive Bars” and then there are “didn’t try to be a dive” bars. Not sure I would eat there, the beer selection is sparse and I don’t want to know when they last cleaned the keg lines. The people playing pull tabs and throwing them behind the bar is down right depressing. But, overall if you like dive bars and are drinking liquor, there is plenty of room and Karaoke on nights, a few pool tables.
My customer service was always really good, maybe based on my tipping or being what I look like, so can’t complain there as seen in other reviews. It has a mixed crowd of old and new schoolers of all races and gender preferences, so seems like everyone is generally accepting. Worth a try if you’ve never been and like low down and dive type bars.

Been here a few times never had food here only cause me I’m sacred what u will receive for the fact that one person is running the show. Service is never its full potential I can’t blame the servers. You should be able to plan in advance on when days should be busy depending on games and a holidays. In my opinion need two people working for safety reasons also to back each other up on the floor attending to customers, not the case here always one man running the show.

The waitress/bartenders are so rude. They chose to not serve my parents. And they have been disrespectful to one of my best friends. Not only have I had bad experiences with the girls there but now it’s been my parents and one of my friends so I think it’s mutual that we all agree these women are awful people.

First time in and will never be back. Waitress/bartender was rude to us and other customers. Yelling and screaming at people on the phone taking food orders. We do karaoke regularly at multiple other places. Thought this place would be fun to try out, worst karaoke sound system and experience we have ever had. They played background music in the bar while karaoke was being done so it was just jumble of sounds that sounded terrible. Couldn’t hear the kj or the singers. Drinks were absolutely overpriced at $15 for a double whiskey coke. I have NEVER been charged even close to $15 for my go to drink anywhere else. Ordered french fries that were so overcooked they were powder. Maybe this place was good at one point as I see older decent reviews, but it is not great by any means now save yourself a bad experience and some money by going elsewhere.

Came in, sat at a table near the bar. Waited 10 minutes. Nobody acknowledged us, so we left. This happens often. We’ll try again in 6 months or so, but I’m sure it’ll be the same. Worst service in Tri-Cities by far.

I wanted to get extra cheese and they over charged me and plus the owner there was not nice, not going there anymore. he was not nice cussing me out like that when I couldn’t afford the way there overcharging me for the cheese, I take my bussiness some where else.

Came in for the first time today. It was fairly busy for a weekday. But you wouldn’t have known with how quick the service was.
We ordered a couple burgers which were delicious Our bartender Rachel was great she was super busy but still made time to chat with us her personality was awesome. We recently moved right down the street and we’ll definitely be back

Honestly the service was terrible. I had a party of 3 and even though we were so close to the service, we were hardly checked on. Not to mention the fact that they were hardly busy with maybe 4 tables to tend to. When trying to get any worker’s attention we got bypassed multiple times. After a bad interaction with a server, we were pursued and yelled at by one of the staff members while vacating the premises.
