All of the food we tried was delicious! Huge portions we had leftovers to take home. Enjoyed the smoked turkey leg. Also had the Seafood Plater, and the turkey baked potato. I enjoyed the Mac attack meal this could have easily been shared 2 ways!

Came all the way from Florida to try their food at the suggestion of a friend and they did not disappoint!!! The service was friendly, and although, it was cold weather, we sat at the picnic tables to eat while the food was hot. We had the Cajun platter, Mac Attack platter, turkey leg, and turkey loaded potato and it was delish. I was concerned that the actual amount of food would not look like the pics posted online; however, I was pleasantly delighted because it was a lot!!! The turkey leg lives up to its reputation…tender & juicy & falling of the bone. Absolutely loved the Cajun seafood as it was tasty. I will definitely be back when I visit in May!

This is a small local food truck that serves a variety of barbecue and seafood plates, including their fall off the bone, turkey legs. I ordered three different platters from them and I could say that everything was so delicious. I wasn’t too fond of the pasta and rice that came with the order.
The people there were so kind and seemed happy to be there! They provide beepers upon you completing your order so you are able to go back to your car while you wait.
I went around 4 PM on a Sunday and I would say that the vibe was real chill. There’s a gas station and car wash right next to it. Keep in mind because this is a food truck, there are no porta potties or restrooms unless you use the gas station after buying an item.
Hours: always check their instagram before going

Let’s get right into it, time listed on google is 12pm opening time. The window opened at @12:40, and the sign for the menu was not put out, he put it out while I was ordering. Also the phone number listed goes straight to voicemail. I came here to see if in fact it was good barbecue as stated on the truck and ss and what they slapped on the truck “ #1 food truck “ but no it’s not true. This is not barbecue, it is advertised as barbecue but it’s nothing but bland food slopped together. The brisket quesadilla is a joke, the tacos with nasty pineapple in the pico de gallo ruined them. I asked for regular pico, but guess he didn’t hear that either where he should have said we only have pineapple pico. Overall this truck lacks flavor (like not even salt was anywhere in this food) presentation, and common sense. For about $80 the food was thrown straight in the trash. Drinks were hot, they have two tables to sit at, but didn’t put the umbrellas on them til later… it’s texas and hot, it’s so dusty around there you have to eat in the car anyways. It was a complete bust, especially with the fake tortilla on the “quesadilla”. Don’t believe the hype, they are lying basically.. about everything, This is not barbecue, it’s bull crap.

The turkey leg was moist, fall of the bone, and I really enjoyed the lemon pepper sauce. The turkey baked potato was a little dry and underseasoned. The prices here are somewhat reasonable and the seafood looks good.

My friend and I visited 8/15/25. I ordered the Mac turkey shrimp bowl for myself and the Mac turkey leg for my husband. My friend ordered the baked potato and let me try some. The food was delicious. There are picnic tables but no umbrellas. There was just enough cloud coverage so it wasn’t unbearable to sit and eat. We will be back with more company.

Presentation:** Alright.
Pros:** Bring your own bag of chips (snack option is slim).
Cons:** Brisket in the potato was dry; needed water to wash it down. Overall overpriced.
Bottom line
If you want a quick, decent-looking meal and don’t mind paying more for average quality, it’s okay. Otherwise, consider other options or ask about different items before ordering.

If you’re ever in San Antonio, put this one on your foodie list!
Another spot we tried during my birthday weekend, and this one came straight from a TikTok recommendation.
I saw some people online saying it’s overpriced, but honestly? They must have never been to Turkey Leg Hut in Houston—back when it was open, one turkey leg would run you almost $28, and the lines were insane.
We also saw some reviews saying there was no flavor, but I don’t know what they were eating because this turkey leg was nothing but flavor for days.
Here, hubby and I shared the Lemon Pepper Turkey Leg, and let me tell you, it was fire. The seasoning was a little salty for my taste, but I’m also super picky when it comes to salt, so take that with a grain of… well, you know! Hubby thought it was perfect, and we already knew we’d be grabbing another one on our way out.
We did end up going back to try their Famous Turkey Leg along with the Lemon Pepper again—and of course, we had to grab a side order of their yellow rice for our trip back home. This time around, the temperature of the food was on point—hot and fresh, just like you want it.
For what it is—big flavor, quick stop, and a fun treat—I’d say it’s definitely worth checking out, especially if you’re craving something different than your usual BBQ go-to.

Went there today, food was delicious. Alfredo sauce was a bit gritty probably just from using already shredded cheese. But shrimp was cooked perfectly portions were big. Turkey with Alfredo Mac and cheese and shrimp was 32$ but you can split it between two people for sure also got shrimp tacos good flavor to them! Those were 16 for 3 tacos but the shrimp were pretty big! Only setback was could use more shaded spots to sit, or larger umbrellas on the tables! Other than that was great! We will be coming back! Thank you
