We visited this restaurant for lunch with our family, including our two kids, and had a very disappointing experience. The food was not tasty at all. The burger was extremely bad, and the pretzel was honestly horrible. We also ordered a beer and a wine along with the food, and the total came to around $82 before tip, which felt far from worth it considering the quality.
Overall, the experience was not good, and we left feeling quite dissatisfied. We don’t plan on returning and would not recommend this place based on our visit.

What can I say….my motorcycle broke down in the parking lot at TTT. Several people tried to assist, including Dan, the restaurant manager. Thank you for your hospitality Dan! While there, I ordered a pretzel, Philly cheesesteak with fries, and a tea. It was all good. For the bike, Dan allowed me to leave it on property overnight. I went back the next day to pick it up. This time, ordering lunch which I had the bar bq on toast, fries and a German beer. The bar bq was really good. Hannah was my waitress, very friendly and attentive to our table. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for my bike to break down anywhere else. They were very helpful, the food and drinks were good, and love the open air atmosphere.

We visited for lunch just as they were opening at noon. I had the bacon cheeseburger and my wife had the turkey bacon ranch sandwich.
The burger was very thick and had an amazing taste. My wife enjoyed her sandwich.

My husband saw that this spot had a burger challenge, so he decided to take it down. The waitress said that he would get a t shirt as the prize because they were out of steins, and since she said he could keep the cup he had his beer in anyway, it seemed like a good deal. When he was ordering she made it seem like the fries were optional, and he even asked if it was necessary for completing the challenge, to which she didn’t provide a clear answer. When my husband finished his burger but not the fries, that’s when she informed him he needed to for the prize, so he pushed through and forced them down…just for them to be out of t shirts and give him another cup! He wouldn’t have given himself a stomach ache if we had known. The food was overall fine but we thought the waitress could have been better.

They could have done so much better. Best item is large pretzel. The beer came in plastic cups? The food was just not good. With a little effort it would have been better. I guess they get so much business they just don’t care ? Cold beer in an ice cold glass cup is the best and only way to serve beer ! Will never go there again. Super expensive too. The only bright spot was the waitress she was great!

The service was extremely slow. There was something wrong with every order at our table. (Missing items or wrong items) we had to ask multiple times for items to be corrected. I know it was a busy weekend, but it was ridiculous. My fries were also lukewarm at best when they arrived at the table. Then when the bills came there were a couple that were not done correctly. We were not told that gratuity was included and were not given the option to view anything but the insert your card now screen before paying. 2 burgers, 2 beers, and a bottle of water should not have come to $108 … first and last time we will visit and would NOT recommend.

The town is very busy for the holidays so we wouldn’t expect things to be perfect and I normally don’t post negative reviews however this was our first stop upon arriving in Helen and the hostess basically chastised my daughter for walking into the indoor part of the restaurant. Maybe she thought she was trying to skip the people in front of us or using the restroom without being customers but it wasn’t necessary and made for a negative overall experience. The menus were cool and the food was decent other than that.

This was my husband and I’s first trip to Helen. We stopped in at TTT twice during our few days stay. The first time was on a Sunday during Oktoberfest, which was quite a bit busier than the next day, but the service was quick and efficient. Both visits we had beer/drinks, and the second visit ordered food as well. We ordered (to-go) the loaded potato pancakes, and loaded baked potatoes (one with Krainerwurst and the other with Knockwurst). Everything was great! This was my fist time ever trying potato pancakes, never would’ve thought to eat them with apple sauce but what a great suggestion by Ms. Vickie (our bartender). I wished I had ordered the platter dinner, it smelled SO delicious from across the bar. We absolutely felt right at home, and cant wait to come back and visit the area again. It was very nice to meet you Mr. Dan! It was also refreshing to see an owner (both times we went) there doing things around the establishment, being present with their staff, as well as interacting with the guests!

Everything was awesome Hannah Emily and Courtney they where service and food was so good and they put the Ga game on our TV where we sat down the game was not on that TV.
He went out of his way to make us happy.
