Tldr; Great presentation, lack luster food.
In terms of atmosphere, it’s great; cozy and welcoming, the staff was welcoming too. However, overall, the food at this restaurant was disappointing, both in terms of portion size, balance, and flavor. For lunch, we ordered the steak skirt bento box, the spicy crab noodles, and the sunny side maki roll. First, the bento box came with a single skewer of steak which wasn’t enough (the meat was also charred). While there were plenty of vegetables in the bento box, after finishing, I was still hungry. The maki roll contained cream cheese and smoked salmon, however the balance was off. There was too much cream cheese and it drowned out the flavor of the roll. Lastly the noodles, while were ok, was basically just a bowl of noodles without any sides. It was underwhelming. Would not come back.

Came here for a little date night with my fiancé. We both got the Tonkotsu ramen. LOVED that if you sub out an ingredient (like mushrooms in our case) that you can add extra of a seperate ingredient (we both did egg) for no additional charge.
The broth was delicious and creamy but has a slight strange after taste, the pork melt in your mouth, but the noodles were hard. It was almost like they precook the noodles and then throw it in the hot broth before serving to finish cooking (but they never did). Unfortunately because the noodles are SUCH a pivotal part if ramen I did have to knock the food from 4 stars to 3.
Other than that, the server wss incredibly friendly but a little forgetful. No chopstick (or even forks) brought nor napkins and we had to get up for both. Other than that she was an ABSOLUTE delight!
The atmosphere is nice. Calm and dimly lit, perfect for a date night.

We walked in to the basement restaurant, greeted by a cheerful hostess and seated immediately. Our booth was cozy, the garlic noodles and crispy Brussels were amazing! Molly our server was spot on with her service and she made surewe always had cold water on our table. Great evening with my family!

Two Ten Jack has been a staple for my husband and I for years now. Sometimes for date nights, sometimes with our toddler tagging along! Tonight our server, Emily, was so kind and friendly. Our service is always efficient and the food is always amazing. We love this spot and hope we will be coming here for years to come!

Good food, nice vibe, but like so many other restaurants, staffing might be an issue. By the way, I don’t mean that the staff was bad, just not enough. When we visited on a Saturday at about 2 :00 p.m. there was no one at the entrance and the servers were running around and we had about a 20-30 minute wait. There weren’t that many people in the restaurant but I think there were only two servers and no one at the door.
Despite that, the server was super nice and once we got seated was very attentive.
Our food came out fairly quickly and was hot and delicious. It did not knock my socks off but it certainly hit the spot.
I plan to give it a second chance because it might have been an anomaly of staffing. But I do think you should be cautious if there’s no one greeting you at the front door!
But this complex does have several restaurants and validated parking. I think it’s a worthwhile location and this restaurant was pretty good.

My wife and I came here to have dinner on a Saturday night. We made 7:00 reservations, and upon arrival, we were seated immediately. Every staff member we had contact with was polite. We both ordered small plates and ramen. Everything was delicious, I recommend coming here for lunch or dinner.

We enjoyed a very nice meal here for my birthday! The ramen is very tasty and the broth of the tonkatsu in particular was quite the flavor bomb. Those spicy crab noodles are very rich and creamy too. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. Only thing about the ramen and noodles is that I wish there were a few more toppings and things in them. What you get is amazingly flavorful and focused, but for my personal palate I do like the added textures and flavors that can be added to dishes like these. Still a very yummy treat

Atmosphere and food are undeniably exceptional. The flavors are so unique and pack a heavy punch. The location gives the experience a layer of exclusivity due to its hidden entrance and moody theme. I would love to give this establishment 5 stars but I feel that every time I come here it’s under staffed. So close!
