Wow what a great find this eatery was. I get together with a couple of buddies once a month for a lunch outing in a different place each time. I found this spot when google searching fried chicken in Henderson. It did not disappoint. Super tasty vittles. We loved our meals. And we even splurged on some cobbler and ice cream at the end. Sooo good. The meals are made fresh upon ordering which is really awesome. And to our great fortune both of the sisters were at the Henderson location that day so we got the chance to meet and chat with them. And take a photos. We’ll definitely swing by there again one day and tell other friends about it and encourage them to go there and have a great meal. Thank you sisters.

Best pork beans I’ve had in a while!! Food and staff are really generous. The only thing was the ribs were a little too dry for my liking . But well be back since it’s down the street from us!!

I’m from the Midwest where broasted chicken has been around for 60 years? And this place is the real deal. If you’ve never had broasted chicken, do yourself a favor and try it! Plus they have a full barbecue menu with all the sides. It’s a nice place. I’ve met one of the owners. Very nice people. Her name was Stacy. Plus it’s close to my house. It’s real food made from scratch and I think it’s reasonably priced! I will be patronizing this place in the near future!
Update: 3:40pm, 30 minutes later, lol! It’s my birthday and I’m going to order takeout tonight. So again I’m going to make good on my promise to patronize them often!

Great spot near Lake Las Vegas and Henderson. Staff were super friendly, restaurant was nice/clean/new, sides were solid. Chicken and ribs were excellent. Chicken was freshly fried, hot, juicy. Ribs were very tender and good. Will definitely go back. Much better than anything you can find in Lake Las Vegas hotel area.

Broasted Chicken is the best by far and Two Sisters is Amazing ! What is the difference of Fried vs Broasted (?) I had to Google it myself: Broasted chicken is made by frying chicken in a pressure cooker. While there isn’t exactly a precise definition, broasted chicken can be identified by a super crunchy coating, with moist and juicy meat. Moreover, it has a distinct salty and savory flavor.
Pork Ribs also moist and Amazing.
Of these the sides, green beans, coleslaw, Potato salad, French fry’s = 5/10 exactly as you might expect from a go to the counter BBQ joint and order, get a table number and wait for your food. No one should come here for their hamburgers. The meat is … we’ll see pictures. Burger King Smokes their Burgers.
Come for the Chicken and the Pork Ribs and you can’t go wrong.
Desert was a highlight with the Peach Cobbler and Ice Cream that gets an APlus.

Food lost a star, cause the green beans are really really bland. Even though there is bacon and onion in them…
Everything else… it’s delicious. Broasted chicken and ribs had grar flavor. Garlic toast was delightful. The steak fries are HUGE!!! 2 of them equaled almost half of a potato. All that is why I was surprised by the green beans.
Anyway, I’ll be back with family and friends!!!
