Great stop on US Hwy 2. Just minutes from the historic Glacier Lodge and right in front of the train station.
The place is authentically charming.
We were seated immediately and our server was sweet and friendly. We got their pancake which was tender and delicious (and massive)! The pancake had a wonderful toasted and caramel-like smell which was DIVINE!
We also had their cheese omelette with sausage and bacon, which was also good.
I did love that the chef brings out the dishes as they are prepared. It just adds a lot of character to the whole operation.

Awesome small town diner feel and taste. We stopped by to grab a little meal to go to then go enjoy East Glacier. So happy that we did. Affordable, tasty, and definitely worth coming back. The locals seem to frequent this establishment and their biscuits and gravy was so tempting. Next time we will try to come for lunch or enjoy the biscuits for breakfast!

Kinda of a long wait but the waitress was very nice. Had the mushroom Swiss with onion rings. The onion rings were on point. Almost like a beer batter and cooked just right. The burger patty was probably a pre frozen patty but the burger was still good. The winner for the meal would have to be the chili. Chili was simple no cheese onions just crackers. This was something you know was made in kitchen. Should’ve had the bowl instead of a cup. Would definitely come back again.

We found this place by chance and absolutely loved this place. We ordered veggies burger, chicken strip burger,fish burger, onion rings and spicy cheesy fries. All tasted good, it came with lot of chips. The service was good. Loved the veggie burger and the fries the best. The vibe of the restaurant is so homely. Had a wait time of 20 mins and food prep took another 20 mins. However definitely recommend this place.

I really enjoyed stopping here for lunch,l! I got the cheeseburger and spicy cheese fries. You could say my review is biased cause I’d been living off of turkey sandwiches and granola bars camping but it was good! I wanted a small diner experience while I was in the area and that’s definitely what this was – I loved the vibes and everyone was kind and friendly and welcoming! I definitely would come back – I really want cinnamon rolls and breakfast next time!

I do love the Two Medicine Grill and hope it never changes much. I have been coming here for almost 10 years and it was still great when I went two times last week. It’s not fancy or pretentious or super high priced. It’s good food and service done well. Best bacon and hash browns ever. Pies and pie selection isn’t quite what it once was and I know they have lost pie makers over the years and I know that’s tough. But I always check and try.

Madeline and Ethan are amazing people. Their food was better than any Denny’s or ihop I’ve ever had. We were working on the laundry facility at the lodge for a weekend and are grateful to have such great food every morning. Thank you Madeline and Ethan from Damian and Omar.
