I decided to stop by for lunch one Saturday. There was no line while the lady serving us was really social and nice to talk to. She showed us the menu and explained everything I asked about the ingredients in various dishes. We waited a short amount of time before our food was ready. The food was good and I would reccomend for you to try it out to see of it is what your taste buds will enjoy.

This place is amazing. GPS will take you to a gas station and a grocery store… that is the place though… two Lips is at the back of the grocery store with seating for up to 4 families and the food along with customer service is amazing!
I had no complaints about anything.
The seating was empty for clients but you can tell that they are busy due to all the uber eats and Door dash delivery pickups. If you have not come here then you need to come check them out! Everyone was amazing and the food is awesome!!!!

We were looking for breakfast after a sad morning of dropping our dog off at the vet and this place came up. Prices are low and the food was all fresh. I got a green breakfast burrito with bacon, my roommate got the same but with sausage. They were delicious! The lady who cooked for us was very kind and pleasant. We’ll definitely be back again.

We have been going to Two Lips Deli and Fine Restaurant, and trusting Mai Lee to cook many of our meals for not only ourselves but also our friends for many years.
Some of our favorites include: her famous biscuits and gravy, the pad Thai wrap, the Chinese wrap, Her special “Super Chicken burrito” made to our personal taste, French fries of course, her classic cheeseburger… The list goes on…
But today was a special day —she had a fresh fried chicken sandwich on the menu. We purchased this and the pad Thai wrap and a order of biscuits and gravy and shared it all.
We were absolutely blown away by her chicken sandwich. It easily competed with Popeyes or Kentucky fried chicken or any of the other ones you hear about nowadays. … So fresh she must’ve pounded the chicken breast and then breaded it. The result, it it was just remarkable on a fresh bun with lettuce, mayonnaise, tomatoes …classic homestyle food made with lots of love …served with tons of humility and meaningful conversation.
All of This tucked away in the K&H grocery store and gas station in Otis Orchards WA…

I’ve been looking for a good neighborhood diner. Had breakfast, and it was so yummy. I ordered the Eggs and Bacon. The portions were generous. The eggs, hasbrowns, and toast were cooked well. The Bacon was nice and thick, not the cheap thin kind. Owner was very friendly! Definitely a nice place to get homestyle cooking 🙂 will be back again for sure 🙂

Had the “Kick Ass” burger today, and it truly was what the name says! One of the BEST burgers in town The patty wasn’t dry, the bacon perfectly crispy, and the spicy kick from the jalapeños was fantastic 10/10 will eat here again! Keep up the great work Mary

Mailee is the best! Her food is delicious, and she’s just the friendliest host! This area is lucky to have someone like her offering lovely cuisines from her various influences like New Mexican breakfast burritos and Thai style wraps. Great ingredients and delicious meals!

Would never guess it but has some pretty good food. Lady is super friendly, feels like moms cooking for you. BLT was a good amount of bacon. Wraps where big and tasty. The burger was solid. Wanna come back for a breakfast burrito.

Hidden Gem. I live close and we decided to stop in and give this local shop a go. The lady working was extremely polite and works by herself. My Thai wrap was huge! I had to take half of it home. The boys had cheese burgers and hubby had a sandwhich. Everyone was super full.. The prices are awesome as well, very affordable .
