If my husband says the brisket is the best in the state… believe it! All I can say is if you don’t try this place you’re missing out on a happy mouth!!! Absolutely delicious. Staff was very accommodating and very polite. Restaurant was exceptional clean. Would go way out of my way to eat here again.

12/10 – so glad we stopped here for a late lunch! The staff are SO friendly, the restaurant is small and clean, and the food is excellent! I got the classic brisket tacos and my friend got the Birria tacos and those were also superb. For the combo meals they have very unique drink options like strawberry Dr. Pepper and ruby red Squirt amongst others so it’s more fun than a standard soda. Highly recommend, very generous portions!!

First of all, let me start by saying I’m born and raised in BBQ country, and I own a restaurant as well. WA in general has some of the worst I’ve eaten.
But this place…
Walk in, actually smells like smoke. You can hear them in the back actually chopping the brisket. And the taste? I could be back home it’s so good!
We had the burger special which was a brisket birria burger and it was fantastic! My very first restaurant was a burger joint and these are the real deal smash burgers. We didn’t call them that before they got hip but I digress
Also had the brisket mac burrito and I could only eat half, and this is from a guy who always cleans his plate. Fantastic taste and I’m glad I second guessed ordering more food because the portions are generous.
Prices are spot on for good BBQ, it takes time and time=someone’s labor and this is absolutely worth it.
They’ll be seeing a lot more of me and if you’re on the fence, go in and try for yourself.

Extremely delicious brisket!!!!!!! We had the burrito which was massive and super tasty. The loaded barria fries, brisket Philly, brisket sandwich, and the brisket egg rolls. The chef knows flavor!!!!! Everything was beyond what I expected in taste!!!! The front end ladies were very prompt and courteous and checked on us multiple times. All in all, it was a fabulous experience. Myself and family will be back. Freaking delicious!!!!!!

Incredibly unique barbecue spot! The brisket that they used for the tacos and philly was so tender and flavorful. Their creativity was a nice change of pace especially for a place like Hoquiam. This is a new family favorite, we will definitely be back.

Wow! This place is incredible—what a find! We had the carnitas and pork belly end tacos with buffalo chips and jalapeño hush puppies. Food was absolutely amazing, bbq was on point. HIGHLY recommend!

Ordered brisket birria tacos and elote corn salad. I can’t recommend them enough. I’ve had a lot of birria tacos and these are by far the best I’ve had. And the elite corn salad was obviously made with actual grilled corn and a bunch of other fresh ingredients. The prices are a bit higher than you might pay for a meal at other places but honestly worth it.

Absolutely delicious!! They will definitely need to expand forgetting seating soon! I have told all my coworkers, friends and family about this place and it’s definitely something we need on the Harbor! The service is great, the food is great, and the inside is great! I came by before they opened, and came back later because I was excited to try the food! I waited maybe 10 minutes and got five combos, my whole family enjoyed it. 10/10
