I bought biscotti there and they were stale. I was going to get several dozen for a bridal shower in a few weeks but not going to risk them being stale also. I only wanted a few to try because I have never been to your bakery before. Was told I had to buy them by the dozen. You got $14.84 from me for stale cookies. I sent them a message first before posting in hopes that they would make it right by refunding my money. I got no response from them.

Yesterday I picked up a huge order, 25 cakes and icing so I could host a cake decorating event. Every step of the process was seamless and friendly. The staff is professional and the products are delicious. When I picked up the order everything was PERFECT and they helped me carry everything out. The cakes were fresh and the delicious, the icing was delicate and delicious and so easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this bakery to everyone and I can’t wait to order from them again. I definitely need to try their savory options like their freshly made pizzas. Thank you so much to the staff and especially to Janine!

Sourdough bread is not very good. Taste like stale white bread. Disappointed in pastries. Prices have gone up slightly. Peanut butter cookies where delicious.

Love all aspects of the store. Love they are in the bigger building for more items, much better taste and service than previous owners of building. Got a grad cake for son and it was exactly what we ordered and tasted great.
