TWO COUSINS is a household name in Lancaster County. It all started in 1976 when, Giusseppe and Carlo, decided to venture across the Atlantic to open their own Pizzeria with recipes and tradition from their homeland of Sicily. Today, there are over a dozen locations in the area. Although we share the same name, we are each independently owned and tweak our recipes a little differently. So amazingly delicious! The Gluten free pizza was easily the best I ever had. Our server Brandon was so friendly & accommodating. He knew all the ingredients & was able to address our dietary concerns. We were traveling from NJ & the restaurant had late hours. We will definitely stop here again. Essentially located, huge menu, big portions, great quality, spotless restaurant with plenty of seating & parking. Thank you we will be back some day.

This is the second year in a row that Jose and his team at Two Cousins – Ephrata accommodated our group for a fall retreat we were having with our middle and high school students at Refreshing Mountain Retreat and Adventure Center. We ordered a variety of their gourmet brick oven pizzas (cheese, meat lovers, taco, chicken bacon ranch, hawaiian) and two 48 piece counts of their BBQ wings. The taco pizza has become a favorite amongst many of our students and adult leaders. Once again, Two Cousins – Ephrata delivered! The order was accurate, everything arrived on time, and they made sure we had enough plates, etc. for our group. Thanks again Two Cousins – Ephrata for your great food and service!

Never been much of a Sicilian person but their Sicilian is absolutely great. Crispy crust and very filling. Customer service has always been great the few times I have come here. Their regular cheese Neapolitan pie isn’t bad either. I prefer the Sicilian but not unhappy with anything here.

This is the best 2 cousins in area. They make great sandwiches and the pizza is always perfect. My family has been going here since this location opened many years ago. When friends come to visit us, we get them takeout from two cousins! The pictures are of a salad and a sandwich. I can’t tell you which one cause I want you to try them all. All very good yum yum.

My wife and I had a great experience here. The staff were very friendly and were constantly paying attention to all the tables.
