I am not a review person but here it go. I went there late to get chicken and cheese sub but once I got home. It ended up being a beef sub which I don’t need. I called back right after getting home but I guess they didn’t want to answer call because they were closing.
I went there today to order more food and thought they could fix previous issue as well so talk to Karim I guess one of the owners. I told him what happened and he was like you if we didn’t answer call the same day I should have called the next day. i personally don’t play catch with someone for $12 and thought I could just go there and they will honor this but rather was told by Karim the best they can do is 50% off because I didn’t call again the next day like it was my top priority. Anyways since they were able to honor replacement I walked out and they didn’t even care. Losing customer over $12. This is the first time this happened to me where they didn’t even believe me even after I showed them pictures.

1/9/2026 IF I COULD GIVE A 1 STAR I WOULD!!!! I come to Woodbridge once a month it’s an hour drive for me and I order to go. I ordered a chicken burger and an 8 piece chicken took it home and the chicken patty was as HARD AS A ROCK. There was so much mayo on my burger they probably dumped an ENTIRE bottle of mayo on my burger. I wiped so much of it off and there was still so much. The chicken pieces were all over cooked and the chicken was dry DRY!!!! They forgot all my sauces with the chicken pieces. Not even any sauce with this dry chicken. Food was litterly inedible. My family could not eat ANY OF IT. When I called to tell them they said they said the only think they can do is remake it. Boyyy I live an hour away. She didn’t even OFFER a refund. I can’t believe it, I have NEVER had to write a horrible review like this. Do not come to this place. I can’t believe I got robbed without a gun.

I usually avoid writing bad reviews, but this experience crossed a line—especially because it involved my family and children.
Within minutes of eating, my son became nauseous. I personally developed a severe headache and an upset stomach almost immediately. My brother-in-law was sick enough to be in the bathroom more than 15 times all night. Thankfully, after about 24 hours, we all started to feel better—but no one should go through this from a simple dinner.
I ordered a steak and cheese sub, and for my kids, chicken gyros. The food was extremely cold, dry, chewy, and clearly not fresh. Also, I specifically asked the cashier to add only cheese to my child’s gyro. After I received the food, the cheese was missing When I asked where the cheese is, she insisted it is “inside.” then I asked for extra because my kid wanted to see it and I couldn’t find any, she grabbed the cheese with her bare hands, which was shocking and completely unhygienic.
We called the owner to explain everything. He said he would check the cameras and promised to call us back the same day since this was from the night before. He never did. Not once did he ask how my family was feeling. His attitude made it very clear he didn’t care.
Instead, he kept repeating that their meat is “fresh” and “zabiha halal.” That was never the point. My wife even tried to explain that the issue could be improper handling—overcooked meat, food sitting too long, or poor grill practices—because the food was dry, tough, and unsafe to eat.
Unfortunately, we had no option but to file a complaint with the VDH health department, who took this seriously and ask for stool samples.
I truly feel bad having to write this, but when a business shows zero concern for customer health—especially children—people deserve to be warned. This was one of the worst fast-food experiences we’ve ever had, and we will never return.

i never ever go this place again i am the oldest customer today i placed order fried chicken. Very disappointing experience. Chicken was clearly burnt and looked really bad. When we complained and asked them to make it fresh, the staff said we would not get replacement for what was already eaten and they would give only one piece, which is unacceptable when the issue is food quality and Very poor customer service. even they didn’t care about old customers not recommended.

The quality and taste of 2 Brothers is not consistent. I used to order food through DoorDash and receive it nice and hot and exactly how I want it, but when I go to the store, it is the complete opposite. Unfortunately that is the condition of majority of these smaller restaurants- consistency.

I didn’t want to leave a review but this was just a terrible encounter. Did they even try? The person at the counter was absolutely rude, shows no interest of customer service, I was cool with that but once I opened my sandwhich? Like wow. No effort into this. The taste was just as it looked. I liked this place growing up but I won’t be back. They need to re consider how they’re doing business.
And I’d like to add that they didn’t even make the order correctly. It was ordered no tomatoes but of course, minimum effort.

I travelled 35 minutes to get to Two Brothers yesterday. I purchased fried chicken and fish. It made everyone in my household violently sick to our stomachs. It was old meat. The whiting fish was gray. Horrible experience. I spent a lot of money to just end up throwing most of it away. It looked like they gave me someone’s scraps.
