As you can see they took very little care of there customers and they need to do a better job at making sure food is not only made correctly but there Customer service needs more help. Willy was really rude and impolite. You are handling someone’s food which is consumed. I think its very important to ensure that the customer whos spending hard earned money is taken care of properly and id appreciate the General Manger or the HR department to reach out to me please and thank you

Ordered taco plate and Navajo taco.
Food was ice cold, taco was broken, shells were stale, barely any lettuce or cheese, and it seems they have changed the recipe for the taco meat. It used to be really well seasoned, now it has no flavor. Very disappointed as their tacos used to be my favorite.

A friend invited me to breakfast here, and I must admit that I had been here in a long time, due to the fact that things there had gone down hill. Service on this visit was great. They were very helpful and friendly. Food came out in a timely manner, and orders were correct. The breakfast burritos we ordered were very tasty, and the fries were excellent. My friend had the tamales and enjoyed them too. I might need to think about coming here again. Restaurant was clean, nicely decorated for Christmas, but otherwise a bit sparce, could use a few more tables, or something to make it feel a bit more inviting.

I decided to go to twisters this morning for a breakfast burrito, because it was thr only place where I could still get breakfast food after 11. I ordered a 3 meat biggie handheld, after waiting 10 ish minutes in a empty lobby. Upon receiving the urrito I immediately noticed how small it was, for the almost 9 dollars I paid. Better burritos elsewhere.

I am currently waiting at the window wondering why the girl is acting so confused as to why I want a green chile and cheese DOUBLE cheeseburger and just a side of fries with no drink and she keeps saying that there’s no double green chile cheeseburger just the combo green chile single patty cheeseburger it makes zero sense like really??? Walking into this twisters we noticed the floors are extremely sticky, kinda gross but it’s the floor. Ordered food still, two burritos and was a little small compared to the last twisters we ate at but whatever. The tray they served our food on was extremely dirty and sticky. Went to sit down my wife almost lost her shoe because it stuck to the floor. Oh and not sure what burritos come with dog treats but they put coffee creamer in a dog treat container so…. Yeah I don’t recommend this facility.

I used to enjoy twisters, and took my wife for her very first time here…
The dinning area is as if I were going to a prison dining hall.
The food was okay, it ended up being more of a soup with an Indian taco.
The kids meals fries were undercooked and bland, the 4 donut hole shaped nuggets didn’t really encourage us to bring the family back, they were smaller than a donut hole.
A nice rework, presentation, and simplifying on the menu items would really go a long ways.
Ok meal to visit maybe once a year or 2.

RIP OFF, RIP OFF & RIP OFF. I called ahead and ordered a 3 enchilada shredded beef green. They said 10 minutes. Got there at 9.5 and expected to wait a little, but they hadn’t even started the plate yet. WTH right? No body in the place and one car at pick up window. OK, I was going to wait and she said she would make it NOW. Then, a guy comes out and wants to charge me $19.32 for the plate on their menu that was $10.40. I told him I wasn’t going to pay $19.32 for a enchilada plate. He wanted to argue and told me, that’s what it is. I walked out. If I could give them a -10 rating, I would have. I’ll NEVER EVER come back to this place again.

*GAINT PIECE OF HARD PLASTIC IN BURRITO*
My boyfriend and I love coming to twisters for their burritos. Especially the smothered burritos. Today 6/18/2022 we ordered a number 3 burritos smothered in green and a number 8 burrito smothered Christmas. We went and parked near by to eat our burritos before he had to go into work. My boyfriend took a few bites then told me there’s a chunk of PLASTIC in his burrito. It was made into the burrito. So I told him to take a photo and i called right away. Staff told me I had to bring the burrito back to twisters for a refund. I stopped eating my burrito because I was so grossed out on how a large piece of plastic was missed and made into our burritos. When I arrived at the location they said they cannot refund the card and they will give me cash for only his burrito. I told them that the plastic caused him to cut his mouth from taking a bite but then told me she checked her line and nothing was broken. I didn’t have time to argue since my boyfriend had work. We accepted the 7 dollars and remake on our burritos so he had something to eat. Let me tell you he ate super carefully because he didn’t want another large piece of plastic in his burrito. This is absolutely disgusting. And for this inconvenience I thought we should have at least had pur whole ticket refunded. The whole 13 dollars we spent. My boyfriend and I will be going to Corporate to see what more can be done since he did get hurt by the disgusting health code violation we had today. Who knows where that plastic came from. We are never coming back ever. This is absolutely awful and I felt like we deserved more then 7 bucks. I don’t even see how it was made into his burrito by accident. Imagine it was smaller and he had swallowed that? We are fortunate it was large enough for him to notice right away and he only has a cut on his gums from chewing.
