This location is horrible. They keep messing up my order tonight. I was the only person in line and I told him twice double rice no beans and they gave me all beans. I don’t know if they don’t know how to communicate your effectively then what’s the point of even ordering here, so annoying honestly this is the only location that’s bad. I keep going to the other location specifically because this location keeps messing up all the time. If you guys don’t care in there, stop working. We just wanna get the food that we paid for this stuff is expensive. On top of that you guys made me wait like eight minutes when I was the only one there. Just horrible service. And it’s consistent so I recommend to not go here. It’s been like this for a year.

My brother who is from the area recommended that we go here. He ordered takeout through the drive-through, two orders of Nachos for the kids and a Twister burrito. I was amazed at the quantity of food. At first I thought we were not ordering enough food but when I saw the size of the burrito I was impressed. I love New Mexican food with green chilies and the twister burrito did not disappoint. I also liked the fries on top with the enchilada sauce. I wish I would have thought to take a picture. When we are back in the area I will go back again. It was a little spicy for the kids but I am already craving it again.

Very Nice Twisters location: service is excellent, food is fresh and a convenient location off of 528 in Rio Rancho. The restaurant is very clean and the location is very roomy. This location is very fast at the drive through and the to go packing is great. They offer breakfast all day and also offer a variety of desserts , shakes and drinks. They offer catering and also are one of the breaking bad film locations. Overall very good.

Good morning Twisters on Ridge Rock!
There is only been two locations that I’ve gone for my breakfast burritos. A week ago I decided I would try Twisters off of 528 and Ridge Rock. I have been to the same location three times in 10 days in order to get an idea of how service and food would be.
I have consistently ordered the same food: the vegetarian and the Santa Fe breakfast burritos.
On one occasion there was a line of about eight cars but I was satisfied with the drive-through time of less than 10 minutes with my food prepared and delivered. The employee taking the orders has always been clear on the order and repeating the order for accuracy.
The next two visits had shorter lines maintaining the same level of customer service and the food was consistently the same size and quality. Good job!
I want to give some kudos to older employee (I missed her name) who took my order on the second visit. Super kind and thoughtful! You made my day!

Update: I would also like to add that this is a great opportunity for kids that are approaching that working age to go get a summer job. All service industries are short on people increasing your odds of getting hired!
Do not blame the service industry for slow delivery times. This industry, including Twisters, need manpower to function. Let’s get back to work!

Needed something close and fast to eat. Tried it. Probably won’t go back. Got the Chicken taco salad and cheeseburger and fries. Fries were good except they were low on ketchup so could only have about a Tbsp for burger and fries. Chicken tasted like precooked warmed in micro. Burger was a unique texture without flavor so didn’t eat much of it. Again, fries were the best thing.

The customer service at this location is absolutely stellar. I have a gluten allergy, and this has been a safe place for me to eat. They use corn starch as thickener instead of flour. I get a “twister,” which is a burrito on a bed of fries, and allows me to enjoy the gluten-free version of a burrito! It’s a huge serving, and I had enough to eat breakfast the next day as well. The red chile here is AMAZING. It is flavorful and has the perfect amount of heat.

Ordered a ABQ Chicken wrap and the chips were burnt. I was too far to come back to show them. Picked out some decent ones that weren’t burnt all the way but still burnt! Who serves customers burnt food?!
