Pictured is the #12 in a bowl. Its perfection.
Location is back to getting my order wrong 100% of the time. Once they forgot the potatoes, once they forgot 2 of 3 meats for 3 meat biggie, and now th3y forgot the cheese. I only come when I am unwell and busy I dont have time to come back and get my order fixed. This time I checked and I could see the missing cheese but the “bilingual” person taking my order was so smiley and sweet and stupid I decided I can live without my cheese but I will change my review.

Incredibly friendly and patient staff (i hadn’t ordered anything in years, and theybdidnt rush me). They accommodated my special request without blinking an eye.
The Carne Adovada Twister Burrito was exactly what I was craving and it did not disappoint. So good!
The dining room was clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of parking. I’ll be returning to this location.

First time in ABQ NM and stopped here in the drive thru for lunch. Very friendly staff and had the most delicious burger from a fast food place in forever. I will be back here again very soon without delay! Thank you!!

This is a good place if you are in the mood for a breakfast burrito. We stopped for a quick bite on the way to the airport. The breakfast burrito was very good. The rest of my family had the burgers. They were ok, they said. The service was fairly quick. Though we were served the wrong items twice.

I love the food but every single time I go through the drive through they either forget something or don’t complete my order correctly. This last time, all I wanted was to have sour cream added to my carne adovada burrito. Because it’s been missed so many times before, I actually looked at the burrito and there was none. I asked to have it remade and they told me the sour cream had just melted that’s why I couldn’t see it in the burrito. Funny how that never happens anywhere else. I will not be going back.

Got 4 burritos and gave us 2 napkins. Asked for more and they gave us 2 more napkins. We asked for a few more because we’re eating in the car. We were told “no corporate only allows us to give 1 napkin per a burrito.” Are you kidding me? We’re taking a road trip and could use a few napkins as we are eating in the car. It’s a damn napkin, stop being so cheap. You’re a fast food restaurant for crying out loud.
And to top this off we started eating once on the freeway and 3 of the 4 burritos were not correct.
I’ll be calling later today when we return to get a replacement burritos.

Twisters has good food but they make mistakes often. When I got home with my food ( I only live 5 minutes away ), my burrito was cold. Food shouldn’t be cold after 5 minutes wrapped in foil. I don’t think it was hot to begin with. I asked for extra red chile. They charged me for it but didn’t didn’t give me extra. They gave me a flat Dr pepper. Sodas are already overpriced for a cheap product so it’s really annoying when you have to throw out a flat soda that you just paid for. You can tell when it poors flat because it has no carbonation. Pay attention people. Customers are paying you for your food. Make it right, please. I lost my appetite and ended up not eating much of the food. What a waste.

I walked over there From my work to get me and my coworkers some burritos I ordered 3 and 2 of them I asked for red chili on the side if I could the guy up front said that was fine, waited for my order got my order and there was some confusion on if they put the red chili on the side or not, the cooks in the back didn’t know if it was on the side or in the burritos. The worker upfront was willing to check but I needed to get back to, I get to work and turns out there is absolutely NO CHILI in the burrito. Food was still good but I won’t be going there for awhile.

Lunch staff isn’t on the ball today. Worst burrito I’ve ever had here. Ingredients were stale, badly rolled and filled. First 3 bites were all tortilla. Juan Tabo and Candelaria location around noon.
