I’ve gone to this location three nights in a row and every time they’ve been closed before their listed hours of operation say they’re closed. Both Google and Maps have their hours of operation as open. Got there five minutes after “Closing” and they wouldn’t serve us despite incorrect hours posted. Told the worker that they need to resolve the issue online and didn’t even get a response back.
Sad thing is, I’m not the only one having this issue. Every time I’ve gone other cars have come up behind me also trying to get service. Wonder if the owner knows how much business they’re losing.
Third times a charm, won’t be returning, Lost my family‘s business to another ice cream shop nearby.
Should’ve looked up previous reviews where they said this was a problem months ago. Hopefully the owner or manager reads their reviews and has this problem fixed for future customers.
My advice to others is don’t go at night after eating dinner or you risk no service/closed shop.

Despite saying it only has 6 flavors on the outside. It actually has a lot more! I’m actually on a diet… but I cheated just for this. It was absolutely delicious! Did I go to the bathroom after eating it? Yes! But I highly recommend for a great price and great taste. Very generous with its amount of cookie dough.

We ordered 6 items that were all delicious! The staff was hard to communicate with, but they got our order correct. A brownie sundae, strawberry waffle cone, vanilla/chocolate cake cone, and three different kinds of twirls. The ice cream was a little too soft for it being such a cold day..kind of pre melted..which makes ice cream cones in the car a bit messy.. So beware of that.

Kristina was very helpful and efficient, she helped me decide which ice cream flavor i wanted, she joked with me like i was family, she was very attentive and personable, will be coming back just to see her, the ice cream was also amazing the portions were perfect and the prices are unmatched, 10/10 best ice cream experience ever

I took my kids yesterday around 4pm and order two LG cone chocolate and one Med choconilla. The two girl were rude when I was paying her and when they were given me the ice cream. When I got them all 3 of them small size and when I ask her why did the all look the same size, she give me the evil stare and told me that LG was compacted in the cone. I have been taking my kids there for more than 6 years this is completely and utterly unacceptable. I would love to talk to the manager and/or owner of this twistee.

The sweets were great.
All I ask is that if I have to pay extra for something (i.e. whipped cream & cherry added to a milkshake as stated on menu), I at least receive it. Paying the up charge for this I only received whipped cream on my butterscotch shake. I just find it annoying to be upcharged for something this small only to still not get what I paid for.
Speaking of this, we also ordered a waffle cone with strawberry flavor dipped in cherry with sprinkles and received a regular cone about twice the size — more pricey, too. Wasn’t what I asked for and we had to rush home not to make a mess of the huge cone in the car.
Everything was great, but ordering here was unfortunately a mess.

It’s 9:15pm and the drive thru doesn’t work it says to pull up. A red car is parked here, line formed. No one is working. They either changed their hours of operation or their employee bailed. Thanks for wasting our gas and time.

The ice cream stop to go to if you are in the area! Very quick drive through, great tasting ice cream and really generous portion sizes. I got the medium vanilla twist with cookie dough and brownie 10/10

I have only been here twice and I went through the drive thru both times but I really enjoyed the treats. I also like that I can get a nice little treat for my 2 dogs.
