We ordered three soft serve cones. One of them was missing the bottom of the cone as it had been crushed. Which I quickly realized as it was melting through the napkin on to my lap.
The lady that gave it to me was obviously in a hurry and decided to cover it up with a napkin instead of using a cone that had not been damaged.

I’m not a big ice cream fan but I was intrigued by the long line in the drive through and the building design. (We are visiting and bever heard of this site). I got a twirl. I LOVE that I could get two of my favorite toppings…(at other places I have to choose ). My husband who LOVES ice-cream got the strawberry vanilla… it reminded him if what we got in Canada. He really appreciated that the ice-cream did not run out the bottom of his waffle cone.

We visited this Twistee Treat on a whim and we had such an amazing time ever. The team was welcoming, friendly and patient while my family and I decided what we wanted to order. They answered all of our questions and gave us recommendations which ultimately helped us make our final decisions. The manager Manny also was so sweet and absolutely the best ever. He even gave my daughter a baby duckie which she was totally stoked about. I definitely recommend that everyone try this location. I guarantee you will have a wonderful experience.

Twistee Treat Kissimmee deserves all 5 stars! The ice cream is always amazing, but what really made our visit special was the incredible service. The sweet lady who helped us went above and beyond. I asked for a green banana for my banana split (not a ripe one ), and she made sure I got exactly what I wanted. That kind of attention and care is so rare these days. Thank you for making our treat even sweeter! We’ll definitely be back!

Came to check it out tonight. The workers didn’t know why they were doing.We ordered and didn’t get what we ordered. They made our order twice. Ordered an ice cream sandwich and got a Waffle Taco. It was good but they are a mess. Asked for a receipt couldn’t reprint one.

Stopped by Twistee Treat for the first time and treated myself to this absolute masterpiece of a banana split. The portion was generous. Definitely sharable…

Twistee Treat is another one of our must go to stops when we are in the area. The problem is, the longer we are here the more times we go. The kids just love this place, and so do the adults.
We stopped 3 times this week. It is so close to our timeshare resort, we just can’t avoid it. We were a party of 10, and although you would think it would take a while to get all our orders out, this was not the case. Once we decided, the well oiled machine was pumping out our order in no time. If I had to quess I would venture to say it took between 5-7 minutes once the order was placed. Cups for the kids, cones for the adults and a Twirl for birthday girl.
We enjoy this place so much. The staff is friendly, accomodating, knowledgeable and helpful. Andrew took our order, but everyone behind the scenes did just as great a job making sure we were taken care of properly.
Stop by and give them a try. You will only be dissapointed if you don’t! See ya next time we are in the area!
