MINUS 10 STAR IF THAT’S ALLOWED.
One of the Worst Iceecream Parlour I had ever seen and been to.
The girls managing the Counter at the Register even doesn’t understand how the Flavors are served Nor how it is priced.
I went all the way seeing the good reviews but doubt the Reviews are fabricated or Owner posted.
The Girls were too Rude that I had to cancel my Order and take the Money back.
Will never go again nor advise anyone to even drive down to this ugly place.
I asked for the Manager to talk and discuss but the Cashier who handled my refund was rude and told me she is not going to call the Manager or anybody and I can take my Money back.
Never never have faced such bad and worst service ever.

Was just here tonight at 945 , got to the window and asked “just one moment please” one second later …. the guy over the mic goes “umm hello what do you want” I had to just randomly decide what I wanted because there was no time to decide anymore when I got up to the window. The thing I had ordered was then about to be wrong until the girl with pink hair came over and asked do you want strawberry ice cream or the regular strawberry sundae, I ordered two strawberry sundaes for some reason the kid at the counter put in strawberry ice cream. I’m just so confused thankful for the girl with the pink hair who saved the day though but at the end of the day, please let’s not hire 14-year-olds anymore.

If you’re looking for a great frozen treat, don’t pass this place up. Staff is always very friendly and patient since there are lots of options. Can take a few minutes to crank out the sundae orders though, but it’s worth it.

They are very fast!
It was crowded!!! and they managed to get our Banansplit and Brownie Boat in less than 7 minutes And with Smile!!!
and they have benches and picnic tables! Room for everyone!

My son and I enjoyed our ice cream. The Reese’s taco was much bigger than I imagined, and it was very good. My son got the vanilla flavor, which is egg-free, so he could have it. We will definitely come back again.

I stopped by earlier today to get my daughter a Twirl with M&M’s and gummy bears. When we received the order, it had Oreos and M&M’s instead. The employee at the window asked if she could simply add the gummy bears or if we preferred it remade, and we asked for a remake since my daughter doesn’t like Oreos. I even tipped the girl, so we genuinely weren’t being difficult.
What really disappointed me was that even though they “remade” it, the Oreos had been blended into the ice cream itself—something we didn’t notice until we had already pulled out of the parking lot. If my daughter had an allergy, this would’ve been a serious issue.
Mistakes happen, and this wasn’t a huge deal, but it felt unprofessional to hand back something we didn’t order, especially when toppings had clearly been blended in. Just hoping for a bit more care in the future.

Terrible experience at Twistee Treat Tarpon Springs! We ordered a treat with gummy bear topping, but they messed it up and put Oreos instead. When we asked them to remake it, they asked if we wanted to just add the gummy bears, and we specifically said NO and asked for a remake. Not only did they not listen, but my daughter also found a huge piece of Oreo in her vanilla ice cream . Unacceptable! Big disappointment, especially since it was for my daughter’s treat. Not recommended until they improve their service and attention to detail.”

When families stop for an ice cream at ANY ice cream shop, they expect to recieve quality products and at least professional services. This is the absolute worst ice cream store I have ever been to, which says a lot, seeings how I love ice cream and get it every chance I get. To start off with, the ice cream we ordered was given to us half melted from the start. I had ordered each of my children a “small fancy cone dipped in sprinkles with sprinkles on top” and than two custom sundaes. When I say that the ice cream was pouring off the cones, I literally mean that as soon as we were handed our ordered it started falling all over the place. The two cones lost almost all the toppings before we could even pull out of the drive thru. By the time we got out of our vehicle to eat the soupy messes, I had already worn more of the slop than my children got to eat. We ended up having to throw away the cones and just gave the kids our sundaes instead which were not in much better shape. So after wasting $20, we ended up trashing all of it while sitting outside the store because we had to clean the disastrous mess out of our vehicle just to be able to leave. That is not the end of the bad experience either. Not only did we basically waste our money, I was also made to endure getting verbally assaulted by the MANAGER of this store! She came out of the establishment and started to jump down my throat because one of her employees apparently passed it along that customers were being told it was drive thru only. So, I guess she assumed I had started telling people this when in reality we had been told this information from another customer. If it had not been for the group sitting across from us informing her that they also were told this information by someone else I’m not sure how far she would have taken the matter. Never in my life have I been treated with such utter disrespect and hostility from a manager of any sort of establishment. As I have worked in various food industries, I know the golden rule when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction, the motto simply goes, “The customer is always right!”. I do not advise people to go to this place unless you want some ice cream soup with a side of harrassment from their management. If it were possible I would have rated this place a negative five star. I made sure to include the photos of the disaster. Please everyone, save your money and just pick a different ice cream store.
