Great little ice cream shop operating out of an ice cream cone . A lot of choices and unique ones that for those not in Florida are excited to see. We came down February so we are excited to get some ice cream in the warm weather . The young lady took care of us , I made sure I paid in cash to leave a good tip for the crew.

Twisted Treat has become one of my favorite stops when I want something sweet. The place is clean, fun, and always has that classic “vacation treat” feeling even on a normal weekday.
I especially want to shout out lexie.
Every single time Lexi is working, the vibe is better. She’s friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seems like she loves what she does. Lexie always greets everyone with a smile and she makes ordering super easy — even if you’re indecisive or ask 10 questions about flavors. She remembers customers, never rushes anyone, and she makes the cups and cones look like picture-perfect soft serve spirals. That’s a talent.
Lexie customer service is top tier — it’s honestly a big reason I keep coming back to Twisty Treats over other ice cream places in the area. More businesses need employees like Lexi.
If you want a place that serves great soft serve AND has someone like Lexie who makes the experience genuinely pleasant, this Twisty Treats is the one.
Highly recommend — especially if you get lucky and Lexie is working.

You show up when they open. One would think the entire menu is available. There’s no butterscotch dip. You gotta have the whole playbook ready to go when you open, come on. Otherwise the waffle cone soft serve was decent, just disappointed.

We visit twistee treat in Pinellas park at least once a month and it’s always a great experience. They have a wide variety of options and the staff is usually friendly high school or college aged students. For the summer they’ve had chalk, hula hoops and jump ropes on their outdoor patio. They offer walk up and drive thru service.

Excellent service. Cassandra was fantastic and the banana split had wonderful flavour. Definitely recommend this! As a side note, as a vegetarian Hindu family, we can eat anything on the menu !

I went to this location in Pinellas Park i order a banana split and ask for two scoops of strawberry ice cream and one scoop of vanilla ice cream no chocolate ice cream i had to repeat myself to or 3 times then after getting it she made it the normal way with chocolate ice cream had to return it and tell her again face to face two scoops of strawberry ice cream and one scoop of vanilla ice cream no chocolate ice cream she repeats back to me two scoops of chocolate one scoop of vanilla I had to tell her no two scoops of strawberry one scoop of vanilla with everything else that normally would come on it then she makes it and puts two toppings of strawberrys and no hot fudge I recommend you avoid going to this Twistee Treat and go to a different ice cream shop they just cannot take an order right!!

We used to go to the one on 66th St but for the past few months they have literally been out of every single thing that my family wants to order. We decided to go to the Pinellas Park location on a whim even though it was a little bit farther, absolutely the best decision! Everything was so delicious and even almost looked too pretty to eat! 10/10
