Been going here for a while now, and they have really good ice cream. Their Oreo Twirls are really good, it’s my go to order.
Just have one problem: apparently they don’t accept tips of any kind, regardless of whether it’s card or cash.
I’m sorry for ranting about something that might seem so small to some, maybe even most people, but in today’s economy, tips could help a huge amount of workers trying to get rent, utilities, internet, and all those monthly bills paid. In my personal experience, it was tips from generous people that helped me be able to afford living in my apartment.
I certainly wouldn’t force tipping on anyone. But there are people who genuinely want to tip, and to go against the workers’ will and not allow them to accept tips is just unacceptable. The people at this location work hard, and they sure would like extra money to pay the bills and even afford day to day living.
Maybe bring back tipping since I don’t see it pose any disadvantage to the business. It would make the workers become more productive and make their work more meaningful.

We went through the drive thru and said “we would like one small vanilla waffle cone and one small chocolate waffle cone.” We then pulled up to the window and had to essentially reorder because they had messed up our original order. When he repeated our order at the window, he said it was a chocolate vanilla swirl. We corrected him and said it was two separate waffle cones; one vanilla and one chocolate. He then hands us two sugar cones. Where the ice cream is so tilted it was about to fall off. As fast as they handed us a cone, they shut the window and we didn’t have a chance to correct it. So I went up to the window and told them this was still not right. Its not like they had a lot of people there were maybe 4 cars in the drive thru and no one at the front. Of all the orders I could have made, this was one of the most simple. But this is the second time this location has messed this exact order up. Last time I was here, I ordered the same thing and they handed me a cup of ice cream with an empty cone on the side. I have no words.

I went to Twisted Treats and asked specifically for pistachio ice cream. When I started eating it, it looked fine, but once I got to the bottom of the cone—it was vanilla. This is the second time this has happened, and I paid over $6 expecting to get what I asked for. Super disappointing. If you’re charging that much, at least make sure customers get the right flavor all the way through.

Me and my girlfriend stopped by this twistee treat recently to get a sweet bite to eat. She got a chocolate cone and I got a chocolate and peanut butter milkshake. Milkshake was very good I asked them to to make my milkshake a bit more than that way I was able to drink a through a straw and they did it perfectly. The girlfriend said the chocolate cone was really good. The area looks really nice in the staff was very cheerful. We’re definitely recommend for a quick sweet bite to eat.

I am so disgustingly addicted to this place! Their ice cream is so creamy and wonderful. I love their strawberry and I just purchased quarts of strawberry ice cream and they have a great deal when you buy two and they come with two free toppings/fillings. For the second one I do strawberry and chocolate or sometimes just chocolate with brownie pieces and cheesecake pieces. There is so much more to choose from but those are both the bomb. Their fancy cones are actually hand dipped on the spot, as ordered. That’s pretty cool. Besides the calories, I could eat here every single day of my life; even just the plain strawberry! Lol I highly, highly recommend! The staff is awesome and deserve more tips! They need to put their up jar to where people can see it in the drive thru. They work hard and fast! And always pleasant with smiles!

Twistee Treat is always a win! I stopped by and had a great experience. The ice cream was amazing (as always), but what made it even better was the help I got from one of the workers named Mason. I was totally stuck between a few flavors, and he walked me through all of them. Super patient and a genuinely helpful guy. I explained how my Sunday was going and he recommended some great flavors, which made choosing so much easier. Love the service, love the ice cream. Will definitely be back!
