If i could give 0 stars i would. Valentines day i go to end the night with a nice icecream. We go to this establishment and wait at the window for about 15 minutes. After waiting we start saying “hello… hello…. hello” and nothing at all. We then proceed to go to the drive through window maybe thinking i have to order at the window, again nothing.. knock on the window.. NOTHING. Honk the horn.. NOTHING. Got out the car and knocked on the window.. NOTHING. Another car even enters the drive thru and also is waiting with silence. We started to get concerned because every machine was on, suspecting maybe something happened to the worker. But then we see someone, sitting with headphones on an ipad what looks to be the manager and still does not get up and help us at the window. We then proceed to grab our phone to record once we put it to the window FIVE workers come from the back. FIVE. Yet NOT ONE PERSON helped us. They then proceeded to say are you sure you said something? We didnt hear you? Yet we SAID HELLO 3X at the drive thru, KNOCKED on the windows TWICE, GOT OUT THE CAR AND KNOCKED, even made eye contact at the window and was not helped until they saw us whip out our phone. Crazy lazy establishment. Never again.

After an amazing Fourth of July fireworks show on the beach, my friends and I were craving something sweet — and Twistee Treat New Smyrna Beach delivered big time. This iconic cone-shaped stand is walk-up and drive-through only, and even with a line wrapping around the building, everything moved impressively fast. The staff kept things flowing smoothly with big smiles and a relaxed, friendly vibe.
I ordered a coffee and peanut butter flavored malt with rainbow sprinkles on top, and wow — it was out of this world! Creamy, bold, and just the right mix of sweet and nutty. The malt added that extra nostalgic touch that made it feel like a true treat. Twistee Treat always nails their flavors, but this combo might be my new go-to.

Just looking at it makes you smile.
The ice cream is soft serve but enough body to keep it from turning to soup on you.
The Peanut Butter Twirl was fantastic and the only suggestion we have is on the hot fudge sundae add some hot fudge to the base of the container as well.

First time back to Twistee Treat in years, decided to go with the girls as a birthday treat. I ordered a small cone with rainbow sprinkles and brownies on the side. The cone was OK, they let it go over the side a little too much so it was melting into my hand and the sprinkles were falling off. Lets talk anout the brownies. As a former employee circa 2018, I dont know if theyve changed recipes or what, but these are the hardest and dryest brownies ive ever eaten. Would still return, but would never order the brownies again.

Ordered a Caramel sundae and, I’m sorry but “drizzling” a little caramel on the sides of the cup does not constitute a Sundae. I did not order some latte at SB where they do a little drizzle- that you can’t eat, in order to display what “flavor” was ordered.
Part with some caramel, especially on the bottom And top. Their photos display a healthy amount of caramel right in the middle.
Please stop with the “drizzle” on the sides – it only frustrates (me) –

I don’t think I’ve ever given an ice cream place a low rating like this, ever …but this is literally the worst sundae I’ve ever had. Ever. Also the most hilarious eye opener!
I’ll say service time here is quick, location is cute, seemed clean, employees seemed nice.
Here’s where it went south. When you drive up, there’s a menu that lets you choose your sundae. It says cherry, whip cream and nuts, then under it says oreo, Hershey’s, marshmallow. Your typical sundae.
I order this, $5.25 – a little pricey but heck, small size, seems like a nice treat.
When I got it I thought it looked a little off but I hand my money over , wait for change, and take a bite. That’s no Hersheys…. so the sundae is missing an important part! Yes?
I asked about this, because at this point I have vanilla ice cream with oreo pieces on top, with whip cream and a cherry.
I’m told you can only have one topping. The vanilla ice cream has oreo on it, which I guess is a topping? There’s nothing in it, or layered to make it a sundae….it’s just filled with vanilla ice cream.
I drove off, pull in to parking lot to eat it and the entire bottom of the “sundae” is filled with a liquid marshmallow. ♀️ ♀️
I started to think maybe they just do things differently here in Florida…I guess a sundae is half a cup of liquid marshmallow and another half of vanilla ice cream, sprinkled with oreo chunks on top, and whip cream and a cherry slapped on for good measure.
It’s an experience! The whip cream doesn’t taste quite right, odd taste to it. The ice cream is decent, nothing special though to be honest. The marshmallow liquid was sweet and just, ew. I’ve never really seen this version of a “sundae,” and I’ll have to pass on returning!

Amazing menu though the service isn’t the greatest just because they can’t see you through the windows so we waited about 10 minutes to get napkins. The food on the other hand was amazing and they had many options. The only downside was we had to eat outside because they do not have indoor seating so the food did melt pretty quickly

Don’t get me wrong I love twistee treat but this one has some problems. For the third time in a row I have had to have my order remade. I normally go through the drive thru were I have to almost yell for them to hear me or repeat myself 5 times and they still get my order wrong. Even at the window I have to repeat myself multiple times and I am talking relatively loud not whispering so im not sure what the issue is but 3 times in a row is ridiculous. They need to fix their drive thru speaker and listen please becuase its extremely frustrating have to repeat myself this many times.

Great soft serve but disappointed when I try to order at 10:15 but told I can’t order anything that requires blending because they already cleaned the blender. That was the whole reason we drove here. I get teens want to close early but if you’re open till 10:30 be open till 10:30.
