I highly recommend stopping by Twisty Treats in Longwood, Florida! The general manager, Sam, was absolutely amazing — she has such a beautiful personality and made my visit feel genuinely special. I came in around 1:00 p.m. when it was pretty quiet, and she suggested I try the Reese’s Twisty (which I’m so glad I did). She made it perfectly! You can tell she’s a hardworking, kind, and thoughtful person who truly cares about her customers.
This location is clean, relaxing, and perfect for families, friends, or anyone who just wants to treat themselves to something sweet. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience — I’ll be coming back!

Normally I love this place, but today was a bit weird. I ordered 2 pints of ice cream. One pint was peanut butter flavor with butterfinger and peanuts… There was a rather thick layer of whipped cream that’s never been there before, and I didn’t get any peanuts. Instead there were some small blue candies mixed in?
In the other pint was mint flavor ice cream, and the toppings were correct… But there was that odd thick layer of whipped cream too. It made my husband and I think they didn’t mix the flavors into the vanilla upon first opening it, but upon digging then we found our ice cream.
I do not care for the small candy pieces, and wished there were peanuts in it. Not as great as usual, so I’m a little disappointed. Was going to call, but there’s not even a phone number and I’m not about to drive back right now.
As you can see from the picture, it does look like vanilla ice cream with just peanut butter sauce, not mixed in. I had to dig to get to the actual ice cream.

I arrived there three minutes before they opened today. I did not see the new hours sign at the menu board, in which the employee outside informed me of the new hours and pointed at the board in a very rude tone. Three minutes before you open is not too much to ask for someone to be more nice and at least offered to be served. I will never go back to this location again. Not the first rude Employee I’ve had. Your ice cream is wonderful, but your customer service is lacking.

Twistee Treat has the best soft serve ice cream. It is always rich and creamy. It’s a great treat for sure. I am glad it’s not closer as I would be there all the time.

I had to repeat an order, 3 times. On each item (3 ice creams). The kid then gave us the wrong stuff. We were the only customers. He gave us a hot fudge sundae, with no fudge. All told, it took 15 minutes from drive up to finally getting what we ordered.

I came here with my family when a young girl named Gabriella was working and she was fantastic! She was so kind to the kids helping us by recommending flavors to get. The ice cream was delicious! I will definitely be coming back.
