Out enjoying a nice night with family and friends. The waiter was on point with his service! Food was served hot. Boarder line with the food. But they do have some amazing sauce that came with the meal and appetizers.

Excellent burgers all around the table!! Sides included garlic mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and fries. Also had fried pickles with the best sweet & spicy aoli we have had. Service was excellent!! Found this place based on ratings and now I am leaving one of my own because they deserve it.

Another amazing Syberg formula. If you don’t know the Syberg family they’re huge in St. Louis.

First time at one of their bars, besides Helen fitzgerald. This one’s been here five years. Really nice inside.

Amazing happy hour until 5 PM. Several five dollar drinks and several five dollar appetizers. The onion rings were good. The tenderloin skewers are amazing.

Twisted tree restaurant is known for their amazing salads and you can get the twisted salad here. Don’t miss it.

And the burger was great.

The bartender was great. She never stopped moving the whole time we were there. That’s real hustle. Despite that she promptly responded to requests and even took a moment to talk towards the end of our stay. No big deal, but she did not introduce herself. Servers just don’t do that anymore. Do they? I almost always have to ask them their name.

This was our first time eating at Twisted Tavern and it did not disappoint!

The hostesses were very nice and quick to get us seated (although we got there right before dinner rush so times may vary).

Our waitress was Faith. She was very personable, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. She made the experience great and didn’t forget about us the entire visit like some places do. She ensured our visit was on point along with the service!

My husband and I had the Crab Rangoon for the appetizer (definitely get this for your appetizer! It was SO good) and for the main course he had the Wagyu Burger, I had the Blackened Mahi Sandwich, both with fries.

We also had some cocktails, he had the Gold Rush and I had the Blackberry Smash, both were made perfectly!

I would absolutely eat here again and recommend it to other. It was easily accessible and has handicap accommodations as well.

This was our first time eating at Twisted Tavern in Arnold. We came in for a birthday lunch and were blown away by the amazing food and wonderful service! Aiden was at the host stand when we came in. He was fun and friendly while accommodating our seating request. We had Mady as our server and she was exceptional! She gave us some great menu favorites and was very prompt and helpful throughout our meal. Alexis brought our amazing food out and we were instantly in love with the fried brussels on gouda grits with lemon aioli and the cheese curds. The grits were creamy and light and complimented the crispy brussel sprouts topped with lemon aioli perfectly. The cheese curds were melt in your mouth with a perfectly light and crunching coating and a creamy slightly spicy dipping sauce. When our entrees arrived we were already almost full from the generous appetizer portions, but we were excited to try more. My steak sandwich was delicious and creamy from the cream cheese and the steak was so tender. My mothers lunch tacos were amazing as well! At the end of our meal Mady brought out one of the best slices of cake that I have had in a long time. It was a wedding cake style slice with a rasberry sauce and a scoop of ice cream on the side. They make it birthday festive with a sparkler as they bring it to the table. It was the perfect finishing piece to a wonderful birthday lunch! We will definitely be back again!

Twisted Tree Tavern in Arnold is basically burger heaven which is pescatarian hell. Everyone at my table ordered one and I had to sit there listening to the smacking in my pescatarian ear. But jokes on them, because my blackened cod sandwich was far superior. Perfectly seasoned with that blackened spice, so flaky, and so satisfying. Pro tip: get the smoky asparagus. Eat it like a French fries and it tastes better. Dessert came courtesy of Cakehouse Designs and let’s just say my dad devoured his burger, fries, and the entire pumpkin cream cake. I’m convinced the man has a second stomach.

We came here for the first time last night and had the absolute best time! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and our server Brittany S. truly made the experience exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Great service really makes a difference, and tonight did not disappoint. We’ll definitely be back!

I stopped in at Twisted Tavern for their weekend brunch and overall, it was a really solid experience. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with a nice mix of rustic and modern decor that feels comfortable but still polished.

We ordered a variety of brunch items and everything came out hot and well-prepared. I had the Biscuits & Gravy, which were topped with shredded cheddar and smothered in creamy sausage gravy — definitely hearty and flavorful. My son had the Twisted Waffles, which were topped with chocolate chips, caramel drizzle, and whipped cream. They were indulgent and perfect for someone with a sweet tooth. We also shared a side of breakfast potatoes, which were crispy, well-seasoned, and sprinkled with a touch of cheese.

The service was friendly and the brunch menu had a great selection of classic favorites with a little twist (pun intended). I really appreciated that the food felt homemade and not overly processed — you can tell they take pride in their kitchen.

If I had one small critique, it’s that the menu pricing was just a bit on the higher end for a casual brunch spot, but the quality and portion sizes mostly made up for it.

I’d definitely come back, especially to try a few of the other brunch options like the Tavern Burrito or the Cinnamon Roll Bake. Great spot for a relaxed weekend meal.

Today my husband and I visited for the first time for a late lunch/early dinner date. The service and the food were top notch! Our server, Aiden greeted us right away, made menu suggestions, and kept up with refills and checking in with us. He’s a rockstar! We both enjoyed our food, I got the twisted chicken spedini and he got the wagyu burger. The onion ring appetizer was the star of the show though, I’d go back just for the sauce alone. The restaurant was also very tidy and cleanly, we will be back! Thanks Aiden!

Went here years ago, right after they opened. Our friends recently talked us into going back and it was fantastic.

Our waitress was splendid – present, helpful, sweet and attentive. Kept our drinks full, checked on us, and made sure everything was good.

Food timing was spot on. Appetizer arrived pretty quick and those fried pickles are delicious – not too salty. Sandwiches and pizza at our table were super yummy! I got the spicy chicken sandwich, which is made with two tenders instead of one patty. The hot drizzle on there is good. Would love some honey mustard though. I enjoyed the garlic mashed potatoes too.

It was my birthday and I opted for the wedding cake (seemed to be the most “middle of the road” dessert option). The raspberry sauce on the plate was tart and the cake was moist. I’m more of a whipped cream icing kind of guy but it was tasty.
