I’ve been here so many times and can’t believe I haven’t left a review yet—sorry, friends! The service here is always phenomenal; everyone is so friendly and genuinely kind.
As for the food, their cookies are way better than Crumbl’s. They’re made from scratch, and you can really taste the difference in quality. You can even ask to have them warmed if you’re eating in-store or on the go, which makes them even better. My favorite cookies are the coconut cream pie, warmed choc. chip, and the warmed PB.
Their team also gives great recommendations. And I have to mention—the matcha is my “number one” on the menu! It feels like a hidden gem or secret menu item. Honestly, I like their matcha way more than Starbucks’, especially when Hayden makes it!

Found this cute shop while driving around! The cookies were super cute and tasty! The owner happened to also be onsite and was pleasant and interested in sharing some of their sodas and waters with us since it was our first time in! They were AMAZING! I am hopeful they will take our suggestion and check into Fredericksburg Va for a next location! We are planning another visit before we leave town!

I’ve eaten the cookies from here twice now and really enjoyed both times. The most recent time I got a chocolate chip cookie and my wife got a cookies and cream. They were both delicious and mine was huge. It’s a great size for one per person for a special occasion.
I’ve never had to wait for long in the drive through. They take your order quickly and bring it to you just as fast. We haven’t tried any of their drinks. They sound good but I’m more of a cookie guy myself.

Good drinks, lots of choices. Prices are not bad. Key lime cookie . I was recommended the Jules drink with dr pepper and it’s very good. My son got orange cream and said it’s an 8 outta 10.
I have also tried the madster and the love shack. Both are very good! Lots of different flavor choices

We were in and out pretty fast, the frozen hot chocolate was decent although I can get a better one at the sheetz. The cookies would’ve been good if they were cooked longer and maybe not have ice on them lol.. I will be back to try more drinks but I will probably pass on the cookies next time.

I’ve heard mixed reviews so I stopped in to see for myself. I like that a menu is posted outside so first time visitors can get an idea of what kind of cookies are offered. The lobby is small but inviting with a couple of tables both inside and outside. The staff are friendly and ready to answer questions about cookies and prices. For those in a hurry, there is a drive through.
The display case is filled with most of what is on the menu so you get a good idea of what you are ordering.
Now for the best part. These are not just ordinary cookies. They are better than I have tried before and made to order. The cookies are already made but still fresh. The icing is kept in a cooler and isn’t added until you order.
For the most part they are sugar cookies with different flavors of icing that give them their great flavor. They are soft and very rich. I had to stop at one cookie.
Overall, I’m glad I stopped in. The cookies are great and worth the $3 per cookie. I will stop in again.

I used to be a baker at the Twisted Sugar in Belmont so I know how things should taste and what not. with that being said, the past like three times I’ve gone to this Twisted Sugar the cookies don’t taste good at all… They taste off and kind of gross. I don’t know if they’re old and being served or what but they are not good to me or friends/family. We love the frozen drinks but this last time Mine was good, but my husband said his was very watery. I am really disappointed as I usually enjoy Twisted Sugar, but I guess I’ll only be coming for sodas now because the cookies were gross. Very unfortunate.

Such a cute little place! I asked the girl there for a suggestion and when i said i wanted Dr. Pepper as my best she instantly knew I would like the Dr. Knievel. We also got two of their (absolutely amazing) cookies!!! I didn’t catch her name but she was amazing and service was so quick! Im a customer for life now. I highly suggest stopping in or using their drive thru
