Great burgers & they offer a wide variety of different animal meats such as Emu, Buffalo, Ostrich, Kangaroo & many more, for those who are adventurous & seeking something a little less traditional. The restaurant is brand new, so very nice & clean. It’s uniquely styled & offers fast, friendly service. A little pricey, I would guess about $15 per person for the average meal, but a damn good burger. The homemade chips were good as we’re the onion rings. The cheese fries were horrific & tasted old, but other then that it was great.

Super fun atmosphere and tasty food at reasonable prices. We really enjoyed our meal, complete with all you can eat pickles of your choosing! We look forward to cooler temps when we can sit on the patio 🙂

Had the freedom melt, it wasn’t bad but nothing I’d crave. The toast was pretty soggy and the brisket was really just a couple chunks of beef on top of the hamburger patty. The fried pickles were alright but nothing amazing. Overall I’d say the place was decent, would go here again if I was meeting friends up, but it just wasn’t good enough to be my go to burger place.

A great place to hangout with family and friends with a great menu of burgers, sides and desserts. The food is high quality and there is even vegan and gluten-free options. There is a patio and inside sitting with booths, round tables and a bar.
Patio is pet friendly and the tables are long enough for almost 10 people, but if it rains you gotta move inside, no umbrellas or rain cover.
Their sodas are original handcrafted flavors with free refills and assorted pickle jars. Also they have their own condiments on the tables like BBQ sauce, Dijon Mustard and Ancho Chipotle Ketchup.
Food is amazing and has a great environment for the family.

Shout out to the manager on duty, Artagnan! Phenomenal customer service and attention to details. It’s a lot easier in DFW to find vegetarian options than in Destin – but out of all the choices I love TwistedRoot for a quick lunch bite. Reasonable priced and absolutely delicious, the Vegabon Burger is delicious (love to add fresh mushrooms to mine)! If your a meat eater … LOOK NO FURTHER… Twisted Roots has plenty of OmNomNom options!

AWESOME BURGERS! I will say that the fries are nothing very special, but the fried pickles and ranch are killer! I had the ‘Kevin Bacon’ burger and it was top notch! Honestly in my opinion the bread is what really sells it. They also have some very interesting variety of pickles, one being the ‘Ranch Pickles’. At first they seemed a little odd, but they got more delicious with each bite. I will definitely be coming back here!

I love the set up for this twisted root! It’s such a cool design. It’s right in the heart of Lewisville so there’s shops to go to if you wanna walk around. The staff is very friendly. Loved the guy picking up tables in the bow tie! It was really cool having Chef Quincy calling out orders. I had the Big Tex and boy it owns up to its name! Very good! Watermelon sweet tea is a must try! We went on a very busy day but the staff was able to accommodate and get things done! Will be back!

I love a good burger. I’ve been to many in Dallas since I’ve move here trying to find one spot that would make me come back for more. I have to say that this is one of the freshest burgers I have every tasted. Very moist and juicy but unfortunately had NO flavor, not even a dash of salt. Extremely bland for a fresh hamburger. The tomato had more flavor in it. I was very disappointed about that but it wasn’t enough to turn me away. The fries were amazing very flavorful like potato chips you cant stop eating. Very interesting atmosphere, not at all what I was expecting but not too bad. Service is excellent and would actually come back to try it again..
