Twisted Nutrition is an asset to Swanton! With staff that are not just both quick and efficient but are friendly and there to literally “lift” your day. My favorite is Winter Blush tea, a must try. Shake and tea combo keeps me full for average 5 hours and a much healthier choice than fast food restaurants. I hope to see this business thriving for years to come.

The location of business is off of Airport hwy near Subway before McDonald’s. The menu is perfectly displayed on the wall or on the counter. Very tasty and nutritional shakes and tea’s from herbal life. Special flavors each month. Excellent consumer service.

When one thinks of “nutrition” they think of healthy eating. I was in town for a wedding and we met here for breakfast. Herbalife shakes healthy, easy, protein. Great. I was excited. How ever once they add the Torani syrup, and candy… the “nutrition” goes out of the window.
The shake was eh, and the teas I tastes were horrible. Sour and super sweet.
It’s a town favorite. To each their own, not my thing. I definitely would not recommend if you’re on a healthy streak.
