I went here for my 22nd birthday after seeing a few TikToks and wanting to try it out. When we first walked in, the atmosphere was really nice and the place looked great. Our waitress was very sweet, but she didn’t check on us often, and our drinks were left empty for up to 10 minutes at a time.
It took nearly 40 minutes for our food to come out for a table of six. Overall, the food was disappointing—overly salty but still somehow very bland. Two of us ordered the crab and ricotta, three got build-your-own dishes with different noodles and vodka sauce, and one ordered the karaage noodles (which ended up being the only dish that was actually good).
Honestly, the only positive about this place was how aesthetically pleasing it was—everything else fell short.

Twisted Fork is amazing! They make all their sauces and noodles in house by hand. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful. We ordered the sun-choke puree with duck special and it was phenomenal! The drunken noodle was great and the noodles were exactly how they should be for a dish like that. Cocktails also great with some local twists for fun like a Dr. Enuf mule and a Cheerwine old fashioned. 10/10 we will be back

Sat with Kara at the bar but the entire staff was amazing!
Brussels and focaccia to start! So GOOD!
Had a house salad with the freshest ingredients and the Italian dressing was a true delight!
The in house made Ravioli with Sherry sauce was EVERYTHING!
Wrapped things up with the crème brûlée!!

Overall a great find for downtown JC. The focaccia was STUNNING! the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the “build your own pasta” was very underwhelming. I look forward to trying this place again, making sure to order the chef specials instead of building my own.
